The Academic Deluders of Israelite Nations Should be Punished!
Thoughts: Class action Against the Scientific Experts??

A slightly learned tirade against intellectual oppression in which we heartily inveigh against the nefarious deceit behind abortions, homosexuality, sexual promiscuity, Biblical and Criticism and the Doctrine of Evolution.

The Definitions:
(a) Egghead

In the slang of the United States, egghead is an anti-intellectual epithet, directed at people considered too out-of-touch with ordinary people and too lacking in realism, common sense, virility, etc. on account of their intellectual interests.

(b) Class Action.

In law, a class action or a representative action is a form of lawsuit in which a large group of people collectively bring a claim to court and/or in which a class of defendants is being sued.

At present in Italy a Class Action is being prosecuted against a group of scientists who gave misleading reassurances about an earthquake.

In 2009 in the village of L'Aquila (Abruzzo area, central Italy) residents experienced serious earth tremors. Government experts assured the authorities and public that, while something serious could not be excluded, it was improbable. A week later there occurred an earthquake of 6.3 magnitude. 308 people were killed and the village destroyed. Now they are suing seven scientists for $50 million dollars.

This brings to mind other serious misdirections of the scientific and science-oriented community.
For example,

How many women before having an abortion are informed of the alternatives beforehand? Do not hospitals make money from abortions through government funding?
Why are young women warned before an abortion that their future fertility may be endangered?

Homsexuality and Aberrations. These activities are promoted as legitimate alternatives of natural human urges. This is not so. Not only are they unnatural but they also result in serious psychological and physical damage. Young people confused by changes in their own bodies and public attitudes are easily mislead. They mistakenly allow themselves to become victimized. Who will compensate them?

These reports (1948, 1953) claimed that sexual promiscuity and sexual aberrations were far more common than were commonly believed. The attitude of the reports as reported in the popular press seemed to be that a more liberal attitude towards sex should be considered as consistent with the  factual reality. The media throughout the 1950s and 1960s used these reports to influence public attitudes and Government policy. Now it has become clear that the reports were not really correct. They were based heavily on the study of perverts who did not reflect the general population. They did however help create a world that reflected the liberalized views of their authors.
Fair enough. BUT some people had their lives ruined or adversely affected by this falsehood. What about them?  in fact the whole community and all of the Western World has suffered because of this.

Biblical Criticism and Evolution.  These are two unrelated topics. Both however are applied against Biblical values. Biblical Criticism is based on lies. It was invented mainly by anti-Jewish intellectuals who in some cases did not really know Hebrew or much of anything else but knew how to sound as if they did.
Due to their fantasies gullible middle-class consumers of stock-in-trade academics stopped believing in the Bible.
This resulted in personal disasters and wasted lives and worse.
The same applies to Evolution. In principle one can believe in the Bible and also in Evolution. Some do. Evolution however is often used as a tool against believe in the Bible and in the Almighty.
Evolution is falsely p[romoted as scientific truth. It is not. It has not been proven and there is evidence against it.
We however still have to suffer because of attitudes based on this false doctrine.

This list could be extended quite expansively but for the moment the point has been made.
