Encouraged Emigration of Arabs.
Due to external conditions it may not be feasible to forcefully bring about a mass evacuation of Arabs.
Nevertheless a voluntary emigration does take place. Most Palestinians would go elsewhere if they could.
They should be encouraged more to do so. This should be an aspect of public policy and carried out with vigor.
Generous Economic incentives should be employed alongside other means.
Arabs should be moved out, Jews moved in.
The Israeli Army
Conscription of women should be stopped immediately. All female service in the Armed Forces should be phased out.
Conscription of males should continue. It should be for One Year Only.
It should not begin before the age of 20.
Military service should be well-paid and accompanied by generous benefits in civilian life.
More emphasis should be placed on Professional full-time Fighters.
Annual Military service should be continued for one month every year for five years.
In the year of marriage the groom must be exempt from army service.
It should be well remunerated and considered something to look forward to.
Education.
Education should be as free as possible. This includes tertiary education.
Many educational courses could be shortened.
Parallel pathways (to those already existing) should be provided for ability and knowledge to prove itself and be applied.
More Children. Earlier Marriages. Family Values.
Ecological Reformation along with sea-water channels linking the Mediterranean, Dead Sea, and Red Sea.
Intensified settlement of Judah and Samaria.
Brit-Am Research Findings Should be Internalized; Outreach to Israelite nations based on Brit-Am Research should follow.
