1. South Africa: Our Son Was Shot!
Is Movement to Israel an Option?

From: J B
Dear Yair -
South Africa - last night was a nightmare - our son married to a Jewish
Orthodox girl was shot 3 times in the arm (could have been the heart) - just
some two who saw a door opened and thought they could walk in and take what
they want. He (our son) survived Baruch HaShem but is in hospital at this
time.
Judah - please see that you have a brother who needs you in South Africa.
Please open your door to us and accept us with our faults - we too believe
in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The One True God.

2. Norway:
Women bite and punch Police (We always knew they had a problem)
http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article2742387.ece
Young women have become an increasing problem for the Police. More women than
men are now charged with assaulting police officers.
Women are increasingly violent when being taken into police custody.
Women bite, strike, kick and head-butt, writes daily newspaper Bergensavisen.
During the next two months 11 people will appear before the courts in Bergen
accused of assaulting officers of the law.
Seven of the accused are women between the ages of 17 and 38. In most cases the
accused were intoxicated and typically the violent episodes have occurred during
arrest and transport to police stations or hospitals.
Women are more likely to attack the police than men. Male members of the public
seem to prefer to assault each other instead.
Violence analyst Ragnhild Bjonebekk at the Police Academy in Oslo is uncertain
whether these figures are representative, but she warns against underestimating
violence carried out by women.
3. Eire: Donegal women 'most
adventurous'
in Ireland - survey
http://www.nwipp-newspapers.com/DN/free/313060699129695.php
Extracts:
According to the results of a survey released this week, most
Irish women
want job security an accountant boyfriend and marriage not a James
Bond-style adventure. But while just 37 per cent of people from Limerick,
Cork and Waterford would give up their job for a romantic adventure, 41
per cent of Donegal people said they would be happy to.
Of the 13,000 Irish people polled for online matchmaking service PARSHIP.
ie, only one in four (33 per cent of men and 18 per cent of women)
said they would jump at the chance of such an adventure. The majority (57
per cent ) said they wouldn't risk their job or give up their social life for a
relationship
of just four months' standing.
However, if their partner proposed marriage, one in three - 32 per cent of women
and 29 per cent of men
would say yes to a lifetime of commitment.
Irish women are more likely to be impressed with a bunch of flowers, a nice
restaurant, a weekend away, than
by a fabulous adventure.
