My opinion of this current US administration is that it is only slightly more antagonistic towards the state of Israel. This is due to some of the choices of cabinet members more than to the president. can't get much more anti-Israel than the current secretary of state...Robert

Thanks for putting up the HOP. That should be an interesting thread to follow going forward, at least for those of us in the US.
There are still plenty of people riding around with Obama for President bumper stickers on their cars, even here in Texas - a state he lost. So I would say his popularity hasn't started nose diving yet.
One interesting factoid I read... In the election, Ohio (where I'm from) was as usual a pivotal state. It virtually always votes for the winner. Obama won that state with *fewer* votes than George Bush had won it with 4 years earlier. In other words there was no great popular uprising in favor of Obama, voters were just unimpressed with the elderly and often moderately liberal John McCain. The lesson is that the conservative party (the Republicans) cannot hope to defeat true leftists like Obama with wishy-washy candidates themselves. McCain was, like Bush, in favor of illegal immigration for example. This makes conservatives not bother to vote.
The sad truth is that few if any US presidents since Truman have truly gone out of their way to help Israel, at least so far as has been made public. Even nominally pro-Israel ones like Nixon and Reagan essentially just tried to keep things from getting worse. My fear is that Obama will take active steps to further imperil Israel. I think he will do that at some point, especially if he wins a second term.

I think the Obama "fly over" was planned and intended to do exactly what it did. I think he, and the other Gentiles backing him, were mocking the USA, because now THEY are in charge of Joseph and all those "blessings" which they will destroy with the willing "Israelites" who hope to keep their wealth and offices. Covered for by the media, as they knew they would be, they claim they have no idea how this happened. I think the Islamists all over the world, at least those in power, get the point. Our country doesn't get the point, but rather are trying to blame Bush for it. There is NO way that they didn't know what was going on, and just imagine if GWB had done such a thing ..... even IF he really didn't know what was going on!! The media, the nation, expects the Dems to lie, and lie, and lie, and think it is OK. "Conservatives" have been cowed to not stand against evil also. How does Rush, Sean, and the others stay on the airways? They DARE NOT challenge queers, must step softly when speaking about abortion, but other than endorsing perversion by not speaking against it, and accepting the killing of unborn humans, they are "allowed" to slam away at political "evils" while maintaining their huge salaries.
...Yeah, the conservatives on radio and TV, who are making millions every year, make some powerful points, but righteousness and morality take a backseat to their careers. Hey, I still listen to them, but my trust is not in them.
I believe the Obama flyover was a mocking of the descendants of Joseph, who don't even know who they are, and neither do the mockers know who they are. But Satan does, and none of what is going on makes any sense without evil spirits being involved.

I'm sure this pointed to a different time, but it kinda fits our time too, doesn't it?
