ISLAM, MOHAMMED, EPHRAIM,
AND PROPHECY
We have discussed the Kinda and Ethiopian Jews. Our central theme at the moment needs to proceed with the information that in Arabia and Syria Palestine there once existed important ancient Jewish communities that the Arabs were destined to destroy.
A psychopathic vision seeing Arab named Mohamed (550-632 CE) decided that he had received a prophetic revelation superseding all others. He proceeded to persuade his fellow countrymen to believe in him. Wars were fought against non-believers. Peace was made with the major Tribe of Jews and at an opportune moment the Treaty was broken, the Jewish males were killed and their women taken. The breaking of the treaty was without provocation. Moslem theologians justify the treachery and view it as conduct to be emulated by true believers. The Arabian Jews had been treacherously exterminated at Mohammed's direction. The presence of Jews in the Arabian Peninsula was ultimately forbidden for all time. The Saudi Arabian Government does not permit Jews to enter its territory. American servicemen who are Jewish have to hide the fact when posted to Saudia! There probably are some descendants of Jews and Israelites amongst the Arab peoples but on the whole they are subservient to Arab culture. Only in nations identified by us as dominated by Israelites has the Hebrew character of Israelite descendants been enabled to even partially express itself.
Regarding the future, some type of ill-fated bond between Ephraim and the followers of Islam is spoken of in the Biblical Book of Hosea. It is obvious that the same Biblical Prophecies may legitimately often be understood in several entirely different ways - as they were perhaps intended to be. The verses should be seen in their context*j. The overall message is that the Prophet Hosea condemns Ephraim, uses a word which may be understood to be a form of the name "Mohammed", speaks of the region of Egypt and the east, and predicts a disaster which somehow involves a mad prophet also identified traditionally as "Mohammed": The quotations are from Hosea chapter nine:
" Do not be happy Israel, do not rejoice like (other) peoples, for you have sinned (and gone) away from your God...(Hosea 9;1).
Note that "Israel" is told not to be "happy" because they have departed from the truth. By "Israel" in this case Ephraim or the Ten Tribes in their place of exile is intended. We shall see in this chapter how Britain when linked with the Ten Tribes was known as The Happy Isles. The ancestor of the British has a name (Aed) connoting "happy" and linked to "Isaac" [We later, perhaps more correctly, interpreted "Aed" to be form of "Joseph" see

This name in Arabic lore represented the exiled people of northern Israel.
Hosea continues:
"THEY WILL NOT DWELL IN THE LAND OF THE LORD, EPHRAIM SHALL RETURN TO MITSRAYIM (EGYPT) AND EAT UNSANCTIFIED BROTH IN ASSYRIA (9;3).
"FOR BEHOLD THEY ARE GONE DUE TO LOOTING EGYPT [Mitsrayim], MOPH [Memphis] GATHERS THEM, MACHMAD [i.e. Mahomad* k] BURIES THEM, THEIR SILVER ENSNARED, THE THORN IN THEIR TENTS [tabernacles] INHERITS THEM (9;6).
"THE DAYS OF VISITATION HAVE ARRIVED, THE DAYS OF PAYMENT HAVE COME, ISRAEL SHALL KNOW, THE PROPHET IS EVIL, MAD*l [Hebrew: "Meshuga"] A MAN OF SPIRIT BECAUSE OF YOUR TRANSGRESSION AND OF GREAT HATRED (9;7):
"EPHRAIM LOOKED OUT WITH THE GOD OF THE PROPHET, A HIDDEN SNARE ON ALL HIS PATHS, HATRED IN THE HOUSE OF HIS GOD (9;8):.
As mentioned above, "The mad prophet" was considered by some (e.g. Maimonides, 1135-1204, in his "Letter To Yeman") to be a reference to Mohamed and the name of Mohammed (in Hebrew and Arabic: "Machmad") does appear in the passage. The desert sun, sparse diet, and seclusion (as well as the possible use of hashish and various weeds smoked by some of the Arabs) are liable to play tricks on highly strung spiritually inclined individuals. If the people concerned also suffer from epilepsy (as Mohammed did) and delusions of grandeur so is the propensity for error compounded.
The religion of Islam in effect is derived from Arabic culture. Ishmael the son of Abraham and Hagar his Egyptian maidservant was the father of leading elements amongst the Arabs. Prior to the birth of Ishmael his mother was told:
[GENESIS 16:11] AND THE ANGEL OF THE LORD SAID UNTO HER, BEHOLD, THOU ART WITH CHILD AND SHALT BEAR A SON, AND SHALT CALL HIS NAME ISHMAEL; BECAUSE THE LORD HATH HEARD THY AFFLICTION.
[GENESIS 16:12] AND HE WILL BE A WILD MAN; HIS HAND WILL BE AGAINST EVERY MAN, AND EVERY MAN'S HAND AGAINST HIM; AND HE SHALL DWELL IN THE PRESENCE OF ALL HIS BRETHREN.
Onkelos (1st century CE) translated the expression, "HIS HAND WILL BE AGAINST EVERY MAN AND EVERY MAN'S HAND AGAINST HIM" as meaning that he will need everyone and everyone will need him. This is the case today. Everyone needs Arab oil and the Arabs need everyone else to develop this oil and market it. They also are often violently disposed towards everyone else and other people dislike them.
Historically, the Arabian Jews whom Mohammed massacred may have been an offshoot from the Lost Ten Tribes, i.e. "Ephraim". j* The verses concerned have been rendered below as literally as possible. They may therefore at first glance appear difficult to understand.
* The word is "Machmad" which is the same as the Arabic for Mohammed. The KJ translates "machmad" (i.e. Mahommed) as "pleasant places" and such a rendition is also linguistically feasible. It should be repeated that the language of the Prophets often seems to deliberately allow itself of more than one meaning.
l* The translation given here (i.e. "The mad and evil prophet") is a literal transmission from the Hebrew:
"Evil haNavi Meshuga ish haRuach" in translation:
"evil [meaning the same as in English: "evil" or alternately "criminally stupid"]
( is) "haNavi [=the prophet]
"Meshuga [=mad (is)] "ish [=the man]
"HaRUacH [=of spirit].
i.e. "Evil is the Prophet, mad is the man of spirit":
This is translated in the KJ (Hosea 9;7) as :"the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad".

Firstly, thank you, your helpers and contributors for your excellent work.
Secondly, I was so fascinated by the contents in the forthcoming issue of your magazine I decided to subscribe for 12 months.
Thirdly, I was recently pointed to a website with a live webcam at Callanish, on the Isle of Lewis, Scotland where there are the famous Standing Stones. A popular astrologer, Jonathan Cainer and his team have made their way there for the forthcoming "major lunar standstill".
Apparently these "standstills" have some importance in astrology but beyond that I'm afraid I cannot explain. However, astrology aside, the Callanish megaliths themselves may be of interest to yourself and Brit-Am as I'm sure will the lunar standstill itself.

Brit-Am Comment: The pictures are very impressive and worth looking at.
Many megalithic monuments appear to have been aligned along astronomically significant
lines.
The Bible is against astrology but in favor of astronomy.
In the history of navigation one will find the use in the west of astronomical
instruments devised by Jewish religious scholars.
Some authorities said that astrology is nonsense whereas others said that it may be true
in part but we should not use it.
There are still other "authorities" who claim that astrology is useful
as long as one does not put too much store in it.
Astrology may or may not be a valid science but over the years it has become
associated with paganism and is therefore to be treated with great circumspection
if related to at all.

Ireland is not the only place where christians fly the Israeli flag.
In New Zealand every year their is a ' march for Jesus', this happens in all the main centers of New Zealand, and most often, in the forefront of the marchers is an Israeli flag.
One year, there was a bunch of arabs and their allies (gay rites, pro abortionists ) that were there to harangue the Christian marchers, took great exception to the Israeli flag being so waved, and scuffles broke out !
I was there, myself and other Jews just coming out of shul ["synagogue" in Yiddish] after Shabbat services in the morning, we watched in amazement,and I remember the chrtistians really sticking up for Israel, even to the point of fisty cuffs.
Great to see our Christian allies sticking with us.
