Brit-Am perspective Note the disparity between IQ and wealth.
The Brit-Am nations relatively speaking have been blessed way beyond whatever natural
gifts they may have would seem to warrant.

Personally I doubt that IQ tests are really so valid.
The Arabs, for instance, may not shine in IQ tests but in many ways they seem to be
on the average more naturally intelligent than the average westerner.
They however lack something in their application and lack a Biblical Culture.

An early exponent of IQ  tests was Galton.

claimed, based on practical scientific achievement, that the Scottish Lowlanders
were the most gifted on the world.
A case however could be made for attributing Scottish Lowlander achievement to
the Biblical culture that prevailed in that era.
