1. Hebrew Fliers
A very good 2-page flier in Hebrew that could fit onto both sides of an A-4
sheet of paper is available
as well as a list of Biblical proofs including the relevant verses and
short explanations.
They are on word files and whoever requests them may receive them by
attached file.
a. Function
Just Brit-Am existing on a day to day basis means that the message gets out
and is spreading
and being strengthened. Apart from that we are doing what we can to expand.
b. Publications
Brit-Am (God willing) will shortly
be publishing a work of good quality in Hebrew and turn more intensely
towards the local Jewish Israeli
public.
We will also publish when we can a new revised edition of "The Tribes".
This is an important work.
Of the 120 different Biblical proofs Brit-Am bases itself upon about 90
concern the Tribes , where they
went, and evidence identifying them. "The Tribes" imparts the necessary
background information for understanding
these proofs.
Our book "The Tribes" was our first publication and in some ways the best one.
it has been through several printings and at present has been out of print
for some time.
We will also publish a book on the Khazars that will contain additional
information proving the Israelite origins
of the Angles, Saxons, Dutch, Scandinavians, Finns, and related peoples.
The magazine Brit-Am Truth will continue to appear possibly alongside a
similar publication in Hebrew.
Other fields of endeavor and media outlets are being considered and will be
announced when the time comes.
Please send in offerings and publication orders.
2. Thomas Malloy: Note on the Unicorn
I just read your posting about the Rhinoceros being the unicorn. I would
call your attention to the beast on the British coat of arms which looks
nothing like a rhino including the placement of the horn, but which looks a
lot like a goat whose two horn buds have been moved into the middle of it's
head. As I recall the animal on the Coat has a split hoof, unlike a horse.
This animal would be a nasty anti wolf weapon. It would be absolutely
necessary that such an animal be strongly bonded with humans, which is why
a daughter be assigned to hand raise it. This fits with the virgin and the
unicorn. There was a group which created the Living Unicorn, which created
the animal that I saw.
Shalom
A very good point. Thank you.
I did not identify the unicorn with the rhinoceros but others did.
Please see my article with illustrations in issue no. 7 of Brit-Am Truth.
The main point is that the Hebrew word "ream" which along with the lion
symbolizes Israel in the Last Days
(Numbers 24:8) can be justifiably represented by the unicorn as represented
on the British coat of arms.
4. They are not necessarily all Israelites!
>Subject: Hi
>
>Hello Yair, when did you first come to the conclusion, that most of Europe
>and USA were the lost ten tribes of Israel ? Most Jews do not accept this
>idea with ease! Although one can' understan them, with all the rotten anti
>semitic nonsence coming out of These places. They will feel such idiots
>when they find out who they really are!! That they have been fighting
>thier own brother all this time! There will be a great sence of shame
>for most of them ,I'm sure.
>Love Susan
Answer:
We do not say that "most of Europe and USA were the lost ten tribes of
Israel".
We do not know what proportions of the population really do belong though
we believe it must
be very significant in some areas.
The bottom line is that though we do not know what proportions we are
dealing with we are
certain that MOST of the Lost Ten Tribes are in those areas and that
Biblically and historically they have influenced the
national character of the countries in which they dwell.
5. Does the USA deserve Punishment?
>In this post it is written:
>
>Am I suggesting that God dispatches natural disasters to punish those who
>have not embraced Christianity? Most of us would find this answer quite
>unacceptable. Yet the question does stand: Why are so many more people
>killed by comparable natural disasters in non-Christian countries? Phrasing
>it in just this way provides the clue.
>
>Even as I continued on in the article, I'm not sure I understand whether
>you are embracing the USA as such a place as one not worthy of the wrath
>of the Almighty. San Francisco and New York alone for it's blantant
>display of "gay pride" is such an abomination I wonder why it has not yet
>been distroyed as Sodom and Gomorrah were. Would you explain?
>
>Marty
The article was written by Rabbi LaPin and not by myself.
I do not have "inside" information but the USA supports the State of Israel
and has Israelite values more than nearly all other countries.
Maybe God considers that this is important? God judges measure for measure.
They are (at least in part) fulfilling the task of Joseph for which
greatness was given them. Perhaps for other sins a different form of
punishment is meted out? Maybe they will repent and avert punishment?
Also the point of the article as WE interpreted it was that this was part
of the blessing that was given unconditionally (Genesis 22:16) as we
explained several times.
6. Verses to Ponder:
[Deuteronomy 34:10] AND THERE AROSE NOT A PROPHET SINCE IN ISRAEL LIKE UNTO
MOSES, WHOM THE LORD KNEW FACE TO FACE
[Deuteronomy 17:2] IF THERE BE FOUND AMONG YOU, WITHIN ANY OF THY GATES
WHICH THE LORD THY GOD GIVETH THEE, MAN OR WOMAN, THAT HATH WROUGHT
WICKEDNESS IN THE SIGHT OF THE LORD THY GOD, IN TRANSGRESSING HIS
COVENANT,
[Deuteronomy 17:3] AND HATH GONE AND SERVED OTHER GODS, AND WORSHIPPED
THEM, EITHER THE SUN, OR MOON, OR ANY OF THE HOST OF HEAVEN, WHICH I HAVE
NOT COMMANDED;
[Deuteronomy 17:4] AND IT BE TOLD THEE, AND THOU HAST HEARD OF IT, AND
ENQUIRED DILIGENTLY, AND, BEHOLD, IT BE TRUE, AND THE THING CERTAIN, THAT
SUCH ABOMINATION IS WROUGHT IN ISRAEL:
[Deuteronomy 17:5] THEN SHALT THOU BRING FORTH THAT MAN OR THAT WOMAN,
WHICH HAVE COMMITTED THAT WICKED THING, UNTO THY GATES, EVEN THAT MAN OR
THAT WOMAN, AND SHALT STONE THEM WITH STONES, TILL THEY DIE.
[Deuteronomy 17:6] AT THE MOUTH OF TWO WITNESSES, OR THREE WITNESSES, SHALL
HE THAT IS WORTHY OF DEATH BE PUT TO DEATH; BUT AT THE MOUTH OF ONE WITNESS
HE SHALL NOT BE PUT TO DEATH.
[Deuteronomy 17:7] THE HANDS OF THE WITNESSES SHALL BE FIRST UPON HIM TO
PUT HIM TO DEATH, AND AFTERWARD THE HANDS OF ALL THE PEOPLE. SO THOU SHALT
PUT THE EVIL AWAY FROM AMONG YOU.
[Deuteronomy 17:8] IF THERE ARISE A MATTER TOO HARD FOR THEE IN JUDGMENT,
BETWEEN BLOOD AND BLOOD, BETWEEN PLEA AND PLEA, AND BETWEEN STROKE AND
STROKE, BEING MATTERS OF CONTROVERSY WITHIN THY GATES: THEN SHALT THOU
ARISE, AND GET THEE UP INTO THE PLACE WHICH THE LORD THY GOD
SHALL CHOOSE;
[Deuteronomy 17:9] AND THOU SHALT COME UNTO THE PRIESTS THE LEVITES, AND
UNTO THE JUDGE THAT SHALL BE IN THOSE DAYS, AND ENQUIRE; AND THEY SHALL
SHEW THEE THE SENTENCE OF JUDGMENT:
[Deuteronomy 17:10] AND THOU SHALT DO ACCORDING TO THE SENTENCE, WHICH THEY
OF THAT PLACE WHICH THE LORD SHALL CHOOSE SHALL SHEW THEE; AND THOU SHALT
OBSERVE TO DO ACCORDING TO ALL THAT THEY INFORM THEE:
[Deuteronomy 17:11] ACCORDING TO THE SENTENCE OF THE LAW WHICH THEY SHALL
TEACH THEE, AND ACCORDING TO THE JUDGMENT WHICH THEY SHALL TELL THEE, THOU
SHALT DO: THOU SHALT NOT DECLINE FROM THE SENTENCE WHICH THEY SHALL SHEW
THEE, TO THE RIGHT HAND, NOR TO THE LEFT.
[Deuteronomy 17:12] AND THE MAN THAT WILL DO PRESUMPTUOUSLY, AND WILL NOT
HEARKEN UNTO THE PRIEST THAT STANDETH TO MINISTER THERE BEFORE THE LORD
THY GOD, OR UNTO THE JUDGE, EVEN THAT MAN SHALL DIE: AND THOU SHALT PUT
AWAY THE EVIL FROM ISRAEL.
[Deuteronomy 17:13] AND ALL THE PEOPLE SHALL HEAR, AND FEAR, AND DO NO MORE
PRESUMPTUOUSLY.
7. Marcus West: North Welsh
Dear Sir,
The longbow came from North Wales , and helped the North welsh to resist
England for centuries , before becoming the key to early English military
success . The North welsh are , according to blood group archeology ,
originally from Persia (sic) , which I believe is where the 10 tribes
started their diaspora from. Ephraim / Mannessah ? The North welsh are the
oldest tribe in Britain, (except Picts maybe) , and Henry the 2nd , the
first of the Plantagenent line was from ......Wales.( England = Mannessah)
. Re Joseph (gen 49) , were not the Jews only once severely persecuted in
England , when in the 11th century archers shot at them in a tower in
Norwich , and for a brief period they were expelled , before coming back to
be the wealth creators .As for USA , is it not a collecting point for all
tribes ? (Or what about Dan ' he shall judge his people ', Jews seem to
make up the legal profession in the USA . ) Who knows !
yours sincerely
Marcus West
8. Constructive criticism?
Recently a person calling himself Zvi Gad sent a missive titled
"Constructive criticism" against Brit-Am researches.
This is the internet where anybody can represent themselves as whom they like.
We take people as they project themselves.
Zvi Gad believes in a Slavonic version of Christian Identity.
"Christian Identity" is not really Christian but that is the term it is
known by.
It says that the Lost Tribes are in the west; the Jews are not Israelites
but impostors and
(the usual claim is that) the true descendants of Judah are in Germany.
It is very anti-Semitic and is often linked with pagan and Nazi criminal
elements.
it is also anti-American though some of its advocates pose as super
right-wing patriots.
Because of these rotters anyone who holds beliefs such as those of Brit-Am
is in danger of being associated
by the ignorant with such "Identity" low-lifes and scum bags.
Zvi Gad is not necessarily linked with any of these elements but his
ideology is very similar only he appears
to consider the Russian and Slavic peoples to be the true Israel or at
least he emphasizes them.
Why mention Zvi Gad at all?
He sent a letter based on criticism of our the first edition of our book
"The Tribes" to a large number of people including
very important supporters of ours. He gave the impression of being a Jew
and used pseudo-intellectual arguments some
of which were valid in part and may have made some kind of impression.
We should not have to answer every critic. As it is we do not always manage
to answer questions from our
supporters and have a backlog of research and writing to catch up on.
Nevertheless in this case we shall give a partial answer that should be
sufficient.
Normally we would consider publishing the whole of such criticism before
answering it but in this case
we will just refer to a few points.
[Incidentally recently someone who in the past had made some very serious
false allegations against us apologized
and we accepted his apology. Anyone can make mistakes and repentance is
possible for all sinners.
Theoretically good people could make valid claims against us and believe
that we are mistaken and say why.
Out of the hundreds of people who have criticized us over the years this
may have been the case in one or two
instances but not much more than that.
An additional proof for Brit-Am may well become: Those who support us are
overwhelmingly good people
and those who are against us are not. I am not saying it has to be this way
all the time but so far this is the
way it has been. We must be on the right track.]
Getting back to some of the Criticism:
1. He says the English is not what it should be.
This could be true. The second edition however was an improvement and the
upcoming third edition will be better still.
Much of his criticisms are pertinent only to the first edition which
nevertheless was readable, sold out quickly, and is still
in demand. It contained very important information much of which was being
made available for the first time ever
and it made its points quite clearly. That is what matters.
2. References: the book contained thousands of references and annotations
using around 2000 referenced sources.
A handful of sources were missed. For the first edition of such a book
produced under difficult conditions with
almost no budget whatsoever that is not bad. In principle the only sources
that needed to be referenced are those
that are not commonly known to readers familiar with the subject or that
deal with controversial conclusions. I however attempted to
reference almost everything in order to give credit where it was due.
Zvi Gad says:
>For example, p.24 "The Scythians (conventional reference: Scyths) had
>first appeared in the area of Mannae which in Assyrian terms meant the
>region of Sambatae..." requires annotation to provide a source from which
>this "first appearance" is derived, a source for a mention of the
>place-name "Mannae" and hopefully either its excavated location or
>proposed location in modern geographic terms AS WELL AS opinions to the
>contrary, and a source for the Assyrian link of this first appearance of
>the Scyths and the "region of Sambatae". None are in the text.
Answer: This criticism is only partially valid. There is however no
controversy on this point.
The whereabouts of Mannae was indicated on the Maps.
No-one disputes that the Scythians were first reported in Assyrian
documents from the region of Mannae.
Incidentally More evidence and references on this point could be obtained
from our book, "Lost Israelite Identity".
The work of Brit-Am deserves to be judged as a whole.
There are no contrary opinions as to where the Scythians first appeared.
Apart from that in a work that attempts to contain the maximum amount of
evidence concerning a truth
faced with enormous prejudices and reaching unconventional conclusions one
does not have to use
valuable space and stretch the readers patience by dwelling on every
contrary opinion.
One of the criticisms against "The Tribes" was that it was NOT decisive
enough and attempted to be unnecessarily
"open" to possible objections.
I was correctly told: In future present your case as you believe it and as
strongly as you can. Do not underestimate your
readership. They are quite capable of making their own judgments. Your job
is to present your case and not
take consideration of the opposition.
Zvim Gad says:
>There are also statements that given your attempts for rabbinic
>recognition are just not acceptable.
>For instance on p.33 you draw one of your 'long bows' from Scyth
>participation in the destruction of Assyria to the "seven shepherds and
>eight principal (alt.princes) men" of Micah 5:4. Unfortunatelly all these
>are identified in Succah 52b (Mativ Rav Sheishet...) as Adam, Seth,
>Methuselah, "David in the middle", Avraham, Jacob, and Moses; Yishai,
>Saul, Samuel, Amos, Tzephaniah, Tzidkiah, Moshiach and Elijah. The context
>of the Gemara clearly is not about either Assyrians or even history
>repeating itself (Davidy,p.32). These men were able to overcome their evil
>inclination and were righteous in their own right. While there may be a
>link between defeating evil inclination and defeating 'Assyrian' influence
>on Israel, it is clearly not as you state given the Gemara.
>
>Come to think of it, it is clear that you are using the Sancino edition of
>the Talmud, an English translation which is NOT accepted by the orthodoxy,
>and was a translation made to suit the particular interpretation of
>Judaism made by the Conservative movement in mid 1980s. Like yourself it
>uses a plethora of secular sources to support the HISTORICAL rater then
>the PROPHETIC 'Jewish' nation that would 'fit' the conventional history
>invented by the Roman church.
Answer: We did not use the Soncino and are not familiar with it but We do
not reject historical sources.
We interpreted Micah chapter five as using the Scythian-Israelite takeover
and destruction of the Assyrian Empire
as a prophetic prototype. This holds and is the most logical explanation
if not the ONLY one.
Our principles of interpretation are consistent with the Talmud and major
commentators
as we explained. The fact that the Talmud or Midrash may use the same
verses in another context does not mean
very much in this regard. They do not say that their explanation is the
ONLY one or even the right one.
The Rabbis could use Biblical verses as devices to assist the memory, or as
illustrations of a general
principle that had many applications. This is obvious to anyone familiar
with the literature.
Even if we were wrong on the applicability of Micah five to the Scythians
it would not matter over duly
but we were right.
More and more evidence is confirming the historical analyses that we did make.
Future works will clarify this.
Nevertheless, we could have been wrong on some (mainly minor) points.
The Bible however is overwhelmingly on our side and our interpretation of
the Bible is according to both the literal meaning and the understanding of
the sages.
9. Transfer of the Palestinians is the Only Humane Solution
The Transfer of the Arabs out of the land of Israel is a Biblical
obligation incumbent on both
Judah and Ephraim or either one. It is a commandment!
See our previous articles and commentary on Isaiah 11:14
Recently we published extracts from an article by Desmond Morris
Jerusalem News-269 1. Known Leftist Author and Historian Backs Transfer of
Palestinians!
Critics of Desmond Morris and critics of us have tried to misinterpret us
as saying we advocate
the killing of Arabs. This is not true. It is the opposite of what we both say.
We say that transfer is the most humane solution for everybody.
The Palestinian Arabs however DO want to exterminate all the Jews and
openely say so
and have proved their ability to do so if given the opportunity.
Anyone who backs the Arabs is therefore an ally of those who wish to
exterminate the Jewish people.
