1. Place Names in Britain?
Question
>How about Padanaram, near Forfar in Angus, Scotland ?
>
>Ian McRae

Answer:
At the moment we are doing the USA and have almost finished.
After that we may do the same for the UK maybe combining an analysis of
historical place names
as well as present ones. It could be interesting.

2.  could I be part of the lost ten tribes?
>I need to be more informed regarding Israel Lost Ten Tribes
>(could I be part of the lost ten tribes?) T.

Answr:
Shalom,
Regarding your question. I do not decide. You either are descended from
Israelites or you are not.
The chances are that if you live in an "Isrealite" nation identify with
them and feel Israelite
that you indeed are of Israelite origin. And if you are not you could be
considered
as one according to the principle that "the stranger who dwells amongst you
will be considered as one of you"
and will inherit with you. See
[Ezekiel 47:22] AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS, THAT YE SHALL DIVIDE IT BY LOT
FOR AN INHERITANCE  UNTO YOU, AND TO THE STRANGERS THAT SOJOURN AMONG YOU,
WHICH SHALL BEGET CHILDREN AMONG YOU: AND THEY SHALL BE UNTO YOU AS BORN IN
THE COUNTRY AMONG THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL; THEY SHALL HAVE INHERITANCE WITH
YOU AMONG THE TRIBES OF ISRAEL.
Non-Israelites who have settled amongst us, identified with us and shared
our trials and tribulations alongside us will be considered as the same as
us. They will be part of whatsoever Tribe of Israel they have dwelt
amongst.

Answer:
(a) Some authorities linked the Hyksos (Shepherd Kings of Egypt who fled ca
1500-1450 BCE) with the Phoenicians.
WE believe they were Israelites.
(b) You said  "Carthage was made up of both Israelite and Phoenician". This
accords with the works of Steve Collins.
We are not certain on this matter. In "The Tribes" in our chapter on the
Tribe of Asher we trace the Vandals from Africa to Ireland
and from there to Britain. This happened due to Wars with Byzantium. The
idea that they left because of Islam is knew to me.
(c) Israelites and those of Jewish descent may be found in many nations. IN
"Brit-Am" areas  we hold that Israelites are dominant and have been in the
past for significant periods. There may be Israelites in Argentina but the
country on the whole does meet the criteria
we employ.
