For those who believe that the ancients were too unsophisticated to make tartan clothing should consider some research on the Tarim Mummies and the Tocharian of Western China's Xinjiang or Uyghur Province. Their mummies (which were 2500 to 3000 years old) were found with their hair and clothing still intact. Some of the clothing had tartan patterns on them.
2. Brit-Am Support Groups Problematic?
Brit-Am has its Three Rs of Research, Reportage (Recognition or Revelation to others), Reconciliation.
We concentrate on identifying the Lost Ten Tribes and avoiding theological discussions.
We do however have definite views without which Brit-Am does not exist.
YOU CANNOT identify with Brit-Am and be in any way against the Jewish People.
YOU CANNOT identify with Brit-Am and be in any way against the American and British Peoples.
YOU CANNOT identify with Brit-Am and be contrary to the Bible.
You also cannot promote your own explanation of Biblical passages in the name of Brit-Am
without Brit-Am authorization.
There is NO recognized Brit-Am organization at present other than Brit-Am itself headed by Yair Davidiy,
centered in Jerusalem, and whose polices are expressed in the Brit-Am newsletters and on the britam.org web site.

When everything goes wrong over an extended period of time a person may be inclined to think they are under some type of Divine Interdiction.
