me sir but the last time i checked scripture the 12 sons (tribes) of joseph were born in africa (egypt) around 2280BC . we know this because the pharoah potiphar ruled and joseph served under potiphar .. and there werent one europion/white man on the african continent in 2280BC , not one, so by biblical default , the 12 tribes are african and black , dont be rediculous . israelites are not europion nor white.. and there never were any lost tribes except the spiritually lost, not physically.

We have sold out of Ephraim and The Tribes but Steven still has some copies as well as worthwhile booklets

Hi Tamar,
I really enjoyed the Brit-Am show. I'll take a good look at the web site.
I also know that there will be a gathering together of all of the tribes to the Land at the right time. Just from my study of the Tanach, I realize that I have an inheritance and a responsibility in Land. This is why I keep coming back. I would live there now but I am not Jewish, but never mind, when I do return I will also not join the tribe of Judah, I will still be my in my own tribe. The tribes are bound together not because they all want to be Jewish but because they all want to serve the same G_d, our only Father and King. The way I and many others see this whole issue is that we and our Jewish brothers will all recognize each other as FAMILY AND REJOICE IN THAT AS WE SHOULD being descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, sons of Israel.
You are going to have to get over the idea that all of those that return to the Land will want to be Jews. This will not happen. We will meet Judah on these grounds, Deuteronomy 4:1&2 "Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you. Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you."
So I am back in Amsterdam for some time but may be back in Israel in November, or sooner if there are some stupid actions by the Arabs.

Also, in the same issue, the great news that Geert Wilders is finally exonerated. On another subject, I thought you did a great job on Tamar Yonah show, Yair.
Regarding Tamar's wonderment over Torah-observant gentiles, I have to point out that there are now possibly hundreds of thousands of believers in the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob who keep the Torah as best they can and fully expect to be gathered to Israel according to the promises in Hosea, Malachi, and Ezekiel. Many of these Believers reside in the USA, but they can be found in most of the countries where you postulate that Ephraim (referring to all 10 tribes) migrated to....
Yair, I am not saying here that you have to accept my conclusions about [the Christian Messiah]. I expect Hashem can call his children in the way He knows best. Occasionally, however, I find myself compelled to expound on the one I regard as my Messiah. Several different issues were involved.
We would like to stress priorities:
A. The Main Points in Our Opinion.
Brit-Am identifies the Ten Tribes with Western Peoples.
Brit-Am Makes specific identification of all the Tribes.
Of great importance is the equation of Ephraim and Manasseh with the English-speaking peoples.
We identify the USA as receiving its National Character to a significant degree from Manasseh and as having descendants of Manasseh
within the determining elements of its populace.
Our proofs are Biblical, Rabbinical, and Historical.
B. Secondary Matters Also Worth Discussing but in the right Perspective.
How Judah and "Joseph" should relate to each other.
What the USA Really Receives from Israel in the tangible Material Sense.

Sorry to see you go.
Your input in the past was of value.
You were probably offended by our reaction to your pro-Karaite missive.
You should know that Karaites in Jewish tradition, especially in Europe, were associated with anti-Jewish Gentile elements.
They are not considered another Jewish opinion or representative of an alternative Jewish point of view.
"Ephraimites" who quote from Karaites or defend the Karaite position should be aware of what issues are involved.
They should read up on the sources.

Note:
More often than not Rabbinical Understanding is consistent with the inner meaning of the Hebrew Text.
This is in effect the true LITERARY application.
Personal Anecdote:
I once in my youth had a discussion with a well-informed opponent of the Jewish approach.
At first he tried to show that from the Bible the Rabbinical understanding is wrong.
I then showed him that (in general and also in the case in question) that the Rabbis actually were consistent with the literal text.
He then agreed but said that it did not matter.
He went on to explain why in his opinion The "Old Testament" has been abrogated.
I thought at the time that he could have said as much in the beginning!
Why should we have to deal with a shifting target?
People should be aware as to what they believe in and what they wish to believe in.

Yair, Gen 9:27? Is it possible that the 10 lost tribes of Israel fulfilled the promise to Noah regarding the enlargement of Japheth? It seems to me that this would fit perfectly. This would also explain how Jacobs descendants could inherit a nation and a multitude of nations.
