By patrilineal descent, my family hails from the Orkney islands (Rousay in particular).
Our name is the diminutive for 'cross' in Norn (old Shetland and Orcadian Norse) and as far as I am aware is not found as a surname anywhere else outside the family of descendants from Rousay.

I have to say that a lot of what you publish does make sense to me, yet it many ways it seems so far off the wall as to be certifiable! But life has taught me that many of the greatest ideas are found way outside the prevailing matrix...
I have engaged in the past with British Israelism material, but found the replacement theology and inherent hostility to Judah's descendants abhorrent (my paternal great grandmother - one Elizabeth Moses - was a second generation Jewish refugee from 19th century pogroms in Poland). Yet I could never rule out the circumstantial evidences that so strongly hint at such a link between the lost ten tribes and the Scandinavian, Celtic and Anglo-Saxon people groups (among many others, of course).

My story is a long and boring one, so I'll spare you the tedium, yet the idea that I could or even should return with my family to Israel has been a cherished hope for many, many years...
And there are many others like me out there with the - often secret - desire to return, yet not the means (i.e. they are 'Christianised' and/or not Jewish enough for the Israeli authorities).
Maybe Ha Shem has planted in this generation of Ten Tribes descendants a particularly strong desire to return? If so, He will of course bring his plans to fruition...

I guess the biggest question is how we get from here to where we would need to be for the required mass awareness of the Ten Tribe identity and the subsequent wave of immigration.
Quite clearly something major needs to happen - religiously, politically, economically, culturally, socially...
Could it be that the Psalm 83 war is the catalyst - the One Great 'Black Swan' Event (Google Nassim Taleb if you don't know) - that needs to happen to trigger the final Exodus prior to the Last World War and Messiah's coming?

claims that most of the Palestinians are descendants of Israelites.
We have read their booklets. They provide no real evidence for their claims apart from interviews with a few Arabs who think they may be descended from Jews. There are undoubtedly some Arabs like this but our impression is that they are not numerous. They also do not really want to be Jewish or if they do there are too many social and psychological hurdles for them to overcome.  They would probably be better of (if they are sincere) leaving the country and rejoining the Jewish People from Outside the Land.
Most Palestinians hate Jews. They want to exterminate all of us. This is a result of propaganda they have been fed but the ones doing the feeding were their own people!
In other words the Palestinians want to be our enemy. OR They want to leave. No real intermediate option really exists. They should go. The Palestinians should be encouraged to leave and if necessary generously assisted to re-settle elsewhere.
As for Gentile descendants of Jews and members of the Lost Tribes being too Christianized for Israeli authorities, this is true.
Right or wrong it is a fact of reality.
Nevertheless there is much that can and should be done.
Spreading the news concerning the Ten Tribes and their present-day location amongst Western Peoples is one of the tasks that needs to be carried out.
Internalizing this message and strengthening Biblical Knowledge and Belief is also necessary.

In the past we have spoken of such a possibility (using different terminology) several times. We pointed out that unexpected, almosty unpredictable events of great consequence do occur. For instance, very few predicted the almost overnight collapse of the Communist Iron Curtain bloc of nations but it happened. So too, events could quickly take place that make the Brit-Am identification of Israelite Tribes of great importance, as you suggest.

Psalm 83 is indeed in many ways pertinent to the present situation:

A Song. A Psalm of Asaph.

83:1  Do not keep silent, O God!
Do not hold Your peace,
And do not be still, O God!
2 For behold, Your enemies make a tumult;
And those who hate You have lifted up their head.

I most definitely concur!!! In general, they lean towards barbarism, moral
relativism, paganism, pantheism, every "ism" that is opposed to the
Almighty. The demise of such is certain, time is no guardian of falsehood,
and time passes oh so quickly. The time of foundless "isms" and their
pride-blinded adherents is just about up. No wonder they are so angry,
because the devil is so angry, thousands of years and he is still doomed to
failure, of his own choice, of course.

The Bible describes how Israelites from the Ten Tribes would be exiled in part by Sea. The Philistines and Phoenicians were condemned for helping the Assyrians exile them. The Philistines (MInoans) set up colonies in Scandinavia, the Phoenicians in Spain. In both areas we find evidence of Israelite settlement.

Different Biblical Passages indicate that a portion of the Israelites would be exiled by Sea [Isaiah 9:1, 11:11]. Amos 4:2 in the Hebrew Original says that part of the Israelites would be exiled in large ships and in fish-boats (boats shaped like fish in the style of Phoenicians and Cypriots). The Hebrew words are tsinot (large-ships) and sirot-dugah (fish-boats) that in both cases are usually mistranslated into English as fishhooks.

We have here the Principle that a portion of the Israelites were to be taken away by Sea!

Amos chapter one mentions the inhabitants of Gaza, Ashdod, Ashkelon, and Ekron (Amos 1:6,8) as having participated in the Exile of Israelites and delivered them to Edom. Gaza, Ashdod, Ashkelon, and Ekron were Philistine cities. They had a Minoan (Isle of Crete type) and Mycenean (Greek) culture.

Amos (1:9) also speaks of Tyre as having participated in the Exile of Israelites and delivered them to Edom. The city of Tyre was the major Phoenician power.
