New Canaan: "Canaan" was another name
for the whole land of Israel though in a sense the name can be said to
pertain more to the northern Ten Tribes section, perhaps even to the "Manasseh"
section. Canaan was the name of the Ten Canaanite nations in general as
well as one of these nations in particular.

Here ten nations of "Canaan" are mentioned.
One of the nations is also known as "THE CANAANITES". The people
of Sidon (the firstborn of Canaan) called themselves Canaanites. Sidon
was in the territory of the
Tribe of Asher. Canaanite also referred
to a people to the south in the region of Manasseh. Heth forefathered the
Hittites. THE HIVITE, AND THE ARKITE, AND ARVADITE, AND ZEMARITE,
and HAMATHITE apparently derive from THE KENITES, AND THE KENIZZITES, AND
THE KADMONITES. The Girgashites according to tradition left the Land of
Canaan just as the Israelites were invading, or sometime beforehand. The
Talmud says they went to North Africa to the region of Carthage. Another
tradition says they went
to Georgia in southern Russia.
Salem, another name for Jerusalem
North Canaan
Sharon: a geographical region in the
west pertaining mainly to Ephraim but
running into Manasseh.

Judah, Ephraim, and Manasseh.
Manasseh predominates.
