1. Proposed Book Cover for "Khazars": New Version
The proposed book cover is drawing closer to what will probably be its final version.
This improved version is to the credit of the Graphologist "Estelle".
Please look at it and send us your reactions.

2. Hans: "Khazars didn't speak Hebrew"?
Hans wrote:
Re: "KHAZARS. Israelite Tribes in Exile"

I don't think that they were of Israel at all, the Khazars didn't speak Hebrew, they may up there own Yiddish language. They adopted Judaism as their religion, and I know that you know that the ten tribes were not practicing Judaism at all., that came in while Judah was in Babylon.
According to their own Encyclopedia, The Jews know where the lost tribes were, but they were not in Russ, because that is where they (the Jews) came from claiming to be the tribe of Judah.

Brit-Am Reply:

We do not know where you are coming from Hans.
It is quite obvious from your letter that you have been influenced adversely by "identity" poison.
Get out of it. It is bad for you and bad for others, deviates from the truth, and prevents the truth from spreading.
There is no proof that Yiddish comes from the Khazars.
The Lost Ten Tribes before their exile did not all speak Hebrew.
Some of them spoke Aramaic, others a mixed Aramaic-Hebrew dialect, others Hebrew of the Phoenician-Canaanite type,  and so  on.
Practising Judaism  may have received its final formulation amongst the Jews in Babylonian Exile and later but it is not much different from Biblical Practice.
The linguistic components of Yidish are still considered to be dialects from southern German mixed mainly with Ashkenazic Hebrew.
The Khazars may have exerted influence for a short time all the way into Austria and beyond but we doubt that it went the other way to such a degree.
Anyway, read the book and be wiser.
You will be glad you did so.
