Subject: Your new book
Thank you, Yair, for sending me a copy of your new book, Role to Rule, Task
of Joseph. It is so good I have difficulty laying it down! It is either the
best one you've written, or my understanding is clearer! I'm being blessed
with some speaking engagements and your books are on my book table.
A blessed holiday season to you and yours.

Pleased with Chronicles Commentary
Subject: RE: 1-Chronicles-1
Greetings from Oklahoma, Yair.
Thank you for the definitive guide to the origin of nations in your
Commentary to the Book of Chronicles.
Your material is by far the most reliable and helpful in this field of
study. It has been a great aid to me in instructing in the subject of
History at Herbert W. Armstrong College.
We do appreciate the quality of your work.
Regards,
Ron Fraser

3. Steve
Coneglan:
Thanks
Greetings Yair!
I would like to express my thanks to you for facilitating the discussion lately
enjoyed over the subject of Australia and New Zealand. We have quite a number of
differing opinions on just who might be who of the tribes today, but the great
thing is that the discussion has been allowed to continue, and everybody has
respected the opinions of other contributors.
As facilitator and moderator of the posts, I sincerely appreciate the way in
which you have only interjected yourself in the discussion to make relevant
points from your own experience, and then left the field open for the dialogue
to continue. This is an admirable trait, and you are to be credited for it.
None of us has all the truth on exactly where the tribes are today, but the
common thing we all acknowledge is that they exist, that they have defining
characteristics, and that they are all part of the wonderful plan of God
Almighty. We have been able to narrow down the parameters in which Israel is to
be identified, and each contribution we can make to further these ends is surely
an offering worth making.
Thanks for keeping the Brit-Am message going, and God bless you Yair.

Disagrees with Identifications
From: Wayne Laurence <wayne@bydand.co.nz>
Subject: RE: "Brit-Am Now"-945
Madainn mhath Yair,
It is interesting to read all the speculation of what Israelite tribe is
resident in what modern Israelite nation. The Classic is that The
Netherlands is Zebulun and that Ruben is France, although there is no
evidence, heraldic or otherwise. The other one is the Ephraim is England.
That too is pure speculation and the heraldic evidence is lacking, and
England never had the Unicorn or the Bull in its heraldry. As far as New
Zealand and Australia is concerned, they are Israelitish of course, and
represent many of the tribes, but specifically which ones is difficult to
say. It is a pity so much effort is devoted to speculation that is founded
on religious and political bias.
Slainte,
Wayne Laurence

5. Upcoming
Article by Stephen Spykerman:
France is Reuben
Stephen Spykerman <sspykerman@supanet.com>
Subject: The French sons of Reuben
Stephen Spykerman as part of the current thread on Tribal Identifications
sent us quite a long post giving additional proofs (to our own) as to why France
should be identified with Reuben.
Stephen says:
RE: THE FRENCH SONS OF REUBEN
Shalom Yair
<,Greetings from England! Just to continue the fascinating debate by Messrs
Coneglan and Blackwood, I thought I would contribute my two pennies worth on the
subject of WHO IS REUBEN AND WHERE IS HE TODAY? As you can tell from the heading
my leaning is towards France being Reuben, which I believe is prety well in line
with the consensus of Ten-Tribe researchers. With all due respect to Steve
Coneglan I, like Craig Blackwood really do not see Reuben as being the
predominant tribe of New Zealand. Some of the most powerful pieces of evidence
are to be found in the blessings pronounced over the head of Reuben by both
Jacob and Moses.>>
Stephen then goes on to explain why France is Reuben.
His points include:
Prophesied large size of country and population.
Instability
Tendency to rebellion as exemplified in French National Anthem
Craving for recognition.
Stephen concludes:
<<Clearly none of the above characteristics fit those lovable Kiwis in New
Zealand. I can think of a number of other Biblical indicators of Reuben that
appear to fit the French rather well, but I will leave that for another time.
<<Thank you Yair for providing such a lively and stimulating forum for our
various views about those amazing sons of Jacob!
<<Wishing you many blessings and shalom
<<Stephen Spykerman
We have requested that Stephen perhaps give us permission to print his article
in the upcoming issue no.10
of our magazine "Brit-Am TRUTH".
If Stephen however prefers we post it here we will do so.

Relative Tribal Positioning
From: Jack Flaws <stag@asis.com>
Subject: Re: "Brit-Am Now"-945
Yair
A small addition to the Oz/NZ picture is a study I saw years ago. I haven't
researched deeply into this idea, but initially, on the surface, it seemed to be
true. The posit was that the Tribes wound up in the same relative positions
that they held in the Promised land.
That would make France, if Rueben, positioned a short distance across some water
from England, Ephraim. Zebulon and Dan surely fit this idea. Even Spain, with
heavy Judah influences, is south of Britain-Ephraim. Even western Manasseh can
be said to fall into this, because the Pilgrim founders of America are said to
be of Manasseh and come from northeast Britian.
Brit-Am Comment:
Relative Tribal Positioning in which throughout their journeys the Tribes more
or less kept the same
formation relative to each other and still do so today is a major theme in our
work
"The Tribes. The Israelite Origin of Western Peoples"
http://britam.org/the-Tribes.html
I am surprised that someone like yourself is apparently not aware of it.
If anyone else has made a similar point, whether before we did or afterwards, we
would be interested
in knowing about it. We would like to compare the reasoning and conclusions to
our own.
We believe that our research and writings all along the way have been blessed
with accuracy but there is always room to learn more, revise, and if necessary
correct.
