Dear Yair,
Can you tell me anything about the Scroll of Jasher? Is it genuine and why then is it not included in the Bible & Tanuch. It is referred to in Joshua 10:13 and 2nd Samuel 1:18. The information regarding Abraham amongst other things is interesting, so is this a credible source? I would like to read it all, however do not want to read something that is not authentic or a true account. How does the Jewish community view and/or use this book/scroll?
I realise this is not your purpose to answer such questions, however I do not know who to ask and I would rather have a Jewish opinion before asking for a Christian opinion. If it is not authentic, then I will not bother to read it.
Thank you for your time.
Kind regards,
Lorraine H.
