1. Question on our earliest knowledge of Hebrew

I wonder if you could tell me when the first or earliest evidence there is of when the Hebrew language came into being.

The Sages say that Hebrew was the first language. This is also implied by the Bible but not stated explicitly.
The Canaanites and related peoples spoke a language similar to Hebrew.
The Land of Canaan says Rashi had originally been bequeathed to descendants of Shem.
The Canaanites took it over and evidently adopted its language as its own.
The Hebrew Israelites in Egypt spoke Hebrew but assumedly would also have been familiar with Egyptian.
The Hebrew dialect of Northern Israel was somewhat different from that of "Judah".
Most of our present knowledge of Hebrew is based on the Bible and much could be lacking.

2. Question on Hebrew and Aramaic

When you say that the dialect of Northern Israel was different, would that be what is called Aramaic? I had read somewhere that Aramiac was considered a slang form of Hebrew.
 
Aram also being a "son of Shem", is there any connection there?

In the northern (Ten Tribes) section of Israel several different dialects or even languages were spoken.
The bible mentions that the Tribe of Ephraim pronounced the "sh" as an "s" as distinct from the Tribe of Manasseh and the rest of Israel. Judges chapters 11 and 12 tell how JEPHTHAH the Gileadite from the Tribe of Manasseh fought against and defeated the Ammonites who were oppressing Israel. The Tribe of Ephraim considered itself the leading Tribe. They resented this independence of action undertaken by Jephthah and went to war against him. The Ephraimites were defeated. The war took place east of the Jordan and the defeated Ephraimites were trying to ge back to the West Band to their own territory. The Gileadites of Manasseh captured the fording points of the Jordan. When the escaping Ephraimites want to cross the Jordan they would pretend to be from one of the other Tribes and not from Ephraim. The guards would ask them to say "SHIBBOLETH" ("sheaf") and if they pronounced it as 'Sibboleth" would know that they were from Ephraim.

Judges 12:5] AND THE GILEADITES TOOK THE PASSAGES OF JORDAN BEFORE THE EPHRAIMITES: AND IT WAS SO, THAT WHEN THOSE EPHRAIMITES WHICH WERE ESCAPED SAID, LET ME GO OVER; THAT THE MEN OF GILEAD SAID UNTO HIM, ART THOU AN EPHRAIMITE? IF HE SAID, NAY;

[Judges 12:6] THEN SAID THEY UNTO HIM, SAY NOW SHIBBOLETH: AND HE SAID SIBBOLETH: FOR HE COULD NOT FRAME TO PRONOUNCE IT RIGHT. THEN THEY TOOK HIM, AND SLEW HIM AT THE PASSAGES OF JORDAN:  AND THERE FELL AT THAT TIME OF THE EPHRAIMITES FORTY AND TWO THOUSAND.

In general the experts do not know that much on the subject and we know much much less than the experts.
Based on archaeological remains it is accepted that in the latter stages of the Northern Israelite Kingdom (at least in the region of Samaria) they spoke Hebrew but pronounced some words differently.
They also did not use the Tetragattam (name of the Almighty) but used a derivative of it and pronounced it differently. They were influenced by the language of the Phoenicians which was a type of Hebrew then spoken on what is now the coast of Lebanon.
East of the Jordan the Tribes of Reuben and half-Manasseh appear to have spoken a dialect of Aramaic.
The Tribe of Gad spoke a dialect which was a mixture of Hebrew and Aramaic.
The Edomites, Moabvites, and Ammonites all seem to have spoken a type of Hebrew.
Aramaic shares many word-roots with Hebrew and has some similarities but it is a different language.
Aramaric was spoken by some Israelite Tribes, by the Aramaeans in Northern Syria, and by the Babylonians.
It became (alongside Akkadian) one of the official language of the Assyrian Empire and was used as an international language.
Most of the Book of Daniel as well as good portions of the Books of Exra and Nehemiah are written in Aramaic.
Aramaic was spoken by Laban, the father-in-law of Jacob.

[Genesis 31:47] AND LABAN CALLED IT JEGARSAHADUTHA: BUT JACOB CALLED IT GALEED.     
JEGARSAHADUTHA in Aramaic connotes "Pile of Testimony" which in Hebrew is Galad.

Whether or not Aramaic was the original "Semitic" tongue of the Land of Canaan we cannot say but it is usually assumed to have been Hebrew.

In response to article by Arsi Saarijarvi, 'Brit-Am Identity Information from Finland', Brit-Am Now no. 1145 that:
 
'In Canaan there was a man called Goliath. He was very big. In Finland big ones in Mythology was Fornjotur and Kaleva. In history there is V in Myllyrinne, Daniel Cajanus and Lauri Moilanen......It has been discovered that there really is a gene that makes people giant !!! .......It saes that if tumor groves when a child, It makes a giant, If as an adult akromegalia happens..'.
 
I was born with an anomaly of the Gene in question which is located on the short arm of the 7th Chromosome. The Tumor is called a 'Hypothalamic Hamartoma [HH]' which distrupts Pituitary function with 2 possible outcomes; accelerated growth, being Gigantism [or in extreme cases Acromegaly], or impeded growth resulting in the person affected being of short stature [Pallister-Hall Syndrome, or PHS].
 
I was also born with one such Brain Tumor [see attached picture], a Hypothalamic Hamartoma [HH], six fingers on each hand and my Y-DNA Haplogroup is E1b1b1a2, which according to Family Tree DNA, 'this lineage is....most frequent in the Balkans, but is rare in the Near East outside of Turkey. Estimates of its age vary from 11,000 to 17,000 years ago. It likely originated in western Asia, reached the Balkans shortly afterwards, and from there spread into Europe within the last 5,000 years.'
 
There is a DVD documentary available which examines in some detail the existence of Goliath; it is entitled: 'Footsteps of Goliath' and contains evidence of 'Gigantism' and 'Acromegaly' as provided by noted Israeli Professor Vladimir M. Berginer M.D. Consulting Neurologist, Professor Emeritus of Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Beer-Sheva, Israel.
 
It is without question that Goliath was born and affected by a Genetic Disorder, however, it can be strongly argued that it was not such a debilitating Genetic Disorder such as 'Acromegaly' [which results in poor co-ordination, lack of agility and tunnel-vision], but rather a Genetic Disorder like Pallister-Hall Syndromw [PHS] , where the affected individual - although having among other medical conditions: Hypothalamic Hamartoma [HH], six fingers [Polydactyly] and abnormal growth [see notes above] - in most cases still has exceptional agility, strength and unrestricted eyesight.
