Moses prophesied concerning Joseph:
(Deuteronomy 33: 13-17)
"And of Joseph
he said, Blessed of the LORD be his land (for the precious things of heaven,
for the dew, and for the deep that croucheth beneath, And for the precious
fruits...And for the chief things of the ancient mountains of the everlasting
hills...of the earth and fullness thereof...the good will of HIM that dwelt
in the bush.. His glory is like the firstling of his BULL, and his horns,
are like the horn of a Unicorn
with them he shall push the people together unto the ends of
the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are
the thousands of Menasseh"
In this (and other) blessings
Joseph was promised agricultural bounty, mineral resources, favorable climate;
He was associated with a people being pushed together unto the ends of the
earth.
"Ends of the EARTH" when considered
from the Land of Israel means: The continents of America and Australia, and
the geographical extremities of South Africa and Northwest Europe. The very
name of England (Angleterre
in French) can be understood as meaning "Corner of the Land", i.e. Angle-Land,
or "End of the Earth". The prophet Isaiah appears several times to have located
the Lost Tribes of Israel in the "Ends of the Earth" e.g
(Isaiah 41;8-9)
"But thou Israel,
my servant Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend... Whom
I have strengthened (taken) from the ENDS
OF THE EARTH and called thee from the CHIEF [i.e. best] parts hereof".
The King James Translation of Isaiah
41:9 [above] instead of 'chief parts' has 'chief men'. This interpretation,
if correct, is reflecting a most unusual employment of Hebrew expression
for if 'men' were meant the Bible would indicate it more explicitly.
The Hebrew expression used in Isaiah is "ATZILAYAH" and this means "chiefs
of" or "nobility of" or "highest points of" and to the author's mind is qualifying
which of the Earth's ends would belong to Israel, - obviously the best and
most noble ones. The Hebrew word (Atzil) is related to the Nordic Aedil meaning
noble. It also connotes reserved and in a sense all the areas settled by
the sons of Joseph had been reserved for them, since previously they were
often sparsely occupied before the sons of Joseph reached them. Areas
in which we have traced the Lost Ten Tribes are qualitatively the best regions
of the earth. Climate and Geography
influence the characteristics of the inhabitants. These are not the only
factors but they are important. The Geography of Scandinavia, Holland, France,
Britain, North America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and the State
of Israel has determined something in the National Personality of the people
involved. It is the interaction of the people with the Land that is important.
"Atzil" can also mean "arm-pit" as a noun and as a verb can connote delegation
or bequeathment of quality.
The author once came across a book
of instruction for professional Jewish Orthodox Scribes. These people have
the very exacting task of perfectly transcribing certain Scriptural passages
onto parchment. Most of this parchment is derived from calve skins. The book
of instruction was also a guide of professional advice. It was stated that
North America and Argentina are the two main sources for calfskin. It was
also stated that different geographic regions have intrinsic properties of
their own and that something about North America rendered calve skin from
therein superior. The Talmud was quoted to the effect that different regions
give rise to different types of people and that some areas are better in
certain respects than others. Regions in which the Lost Ten Tribes settled
are the best in the world.
A similar reference to World's ends
is found in another passage:
(Isaiah
43;6)
"I will say to the north, Give up; and to the
south, Keep not back; bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the
ENDS OF THE EARTH".
In this verse the Midrash (Sifrei,
Haazinu 32:11) links north country with the return of the exiles and an eagle,
the symbol of the USA:

"AS AN EAGLE STIRRETH UP HER NEST, FLUTTERETH
OVER HER YOUNG, SPREADETH ABROAD HER WINGS, TAKETH THEM, BEARETH THEM ON HER WINGS"
England, in the French language
is called ‘Angleterre’, or literally end of the earth.
We have shown how 'end of the earth' and 'ends of the earth' were one of
the descriptions applied to the location of the Lost Ten Tribes in the End
Times - according to the Prophets. I have just obtained a book, "Deconstructing
the Bible: Abraham Ibn Ezra's Introduction to the Torah," by Irene Lancaster,
London 2003. The book concerns the Commentary of Rabbi Abraham Iben Ezra
(1089-ca. 1165). Iben Ezra was borne in Spain and during his lifetime
traveled in France, Italy, North Africa, Egypt, the Land of Israel, before
reaching India. Towards the end of his life he settled in England and apparently
died there.
The authoress says (p.17):
<<One of the most puzzling questions in Jewish intellectual
history is why Ibn Ezra should have come to England? The answer may well
lie in the contemporary cultural and financial links between the Jews of Normandy
and England described above. However, other reasons may well have been equally
important for Ibn Ezra. In many ways England could be considered as prime
virgin territory for the implanting of Sephardic [i.e. Spanish Jewish] cultural
seeds at the end of one man's very long life. In those days 'Angleterre' was
regarded as being at the 'edge of the earth', and was therefore of great interest
to someone of Ibn Ezra's evangelical and messianic mentality>>.
The word used for 'end' or 'ends'
in Hebrew, in connection with ends of the earth and Israel, is usually "Katseh",
or in plural "Kastvot". This word, when connected with the word for
"Earth" (Aretz), can be associated everywhere it appears in the Bible with
the Tribes of Israel. We will devote, (God willing), a complete article
to this subject in another forum.
Most nations that contain a significant
portion of Israelite descendants are situated at the "ends of the earth"
as mentioned (Deuteronomy 33:17 "afsei-aretz", Isaiah 41:9 "katsvot
haaretz", Isaiah 43:6) meaning the geographical extremities as measured from
Jerusalem. This is how it was prophesied. Most of the "ends of the earth"
belong to Israel. North America, the British Isles, Northwest Europe, Scandinavia,
South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, which all may be considered "ends
of the earth", and in these areas most people of Israelite descent, from the
Ten Tribes, are to be found.
King David in Psalm 61 speaks of crying
from the ends of the earth. This Psalm at first looks to be a personal prayer
of David himself but it is not so. David identified completely with Israel.
Whatever happened to Israel was felt by David as if he himself was personally
experiencing it. When David cried for salvation he was viewing Israel in
the ‘Latter Times’ and crying out on their behalf.
[Psalms 61:2-3]
"FROM
THE END OF THE EARTH WILL I CRY UNTO THEE, WHEN MY HEART IS OVERWHELMED:
LEAD ME TO THE ROCK THAT IS HIGHER THAN I.”
"FOR THOU
HAST BEEN A SHELTER FOR ME AND A STRONG TOWER FROM THE ENEMY"
In Isaiah 49:6 the Tribes
of Jacob are expressly linked with the ends of the earth.
[Isaiah 49:6]
"AND
HE SAID, IT IS A LIGHT THING THAT THOU SHOULDEST BE MY
SERVANT TO
RAISE UP THE TRIBES OF JACOB, AND TO RESTORE THE PRESERVED OF ISRAEL: I WILL
ALSO GIVE THEE FOR A LIGHT TO THE GENTILES, THAT THOU MAYEST BE MY SALVATION
UNTO THE END OF THE EARTH."
The whole of Isaiah 49 speaks of
the Lost Ten Tribes as we have explained elsewhere and as confirmed by the
Talmud and Midrash.
Most Brit-Am 'Lost Israelites' are
at the ends of the earth and most ends of the earth belong to Israel. There are exceptions however.
Argentina and Paraguay in South America,
along with Japan and Siberia, are also "ends of the earth". In Argentina
there exists a settlement of Welshmen and the country was once controlled
by British and American investments. Before the creation of the State of Israel there
were once plans to give the Jews an autonomous region of their own based
on agriculture in Argentina. Jewish migration to that region was encouraged.
In the end nothing came of this plan though the Jewish population in Argentina
remains large. It is highly assimilated, not especially prosperous, and subject
to strong anti-Semitic harassment by the local Gentiles. The predominant
non-Israelite population of Argentina is of Spanish and Italian origin. Immigrants
from Germany and their influence are important there as well. Nazi and
Nazi-like outlooks amongst the ruling classes are strong. The border area
between Paraguay and Argentina is dominated by Nazis and Palestinians and
known for drugs and arms traffic. Israelites should perhaps, when opportunity
arises, take over this region and use it to resettle the Palestinians.
The nearby Falkland Islands remain
British, and Britain not so long ago went to war over them. The Falkland
Islands may also be considered the ends of the earth in this region.
Control of the Antarctic is divided
between Britain, Australia, and France.
"Siberia" is not 'Israelite' but Russian.
It once enjoyed, in some areas, a better climate than it has now and Israelite-Scythian
tribes were in the area but later moved west.
Japan is also not Israelite. The Japanese
are mainly of a stock related to the Koreans and northern Chinese. They also
contain "Semitic" elements. Edomites and Moabites may have settled in Japan.
In addition, there exist some traditions and indications of an ancient Israelite
presence in Japan but these are controversial and at all events apply only
to a small section of the population.
# 2 - The Eagle
The Bald-Headed Eagle
We saw how the geographical extremities
of Continental masses, or ends of the earth, were connected in Scripture
to the Lost Ten Tribes and their whereabouts in the end times. One of
the passages we referred to was from Isaiah:
[Isaiah 43;6:]
"I will
say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back; bring my sons
from far, and my daughters from the ENDS OF THE EARTH".
In commenting on this verse the
Midrash (Sifrei, Haazinu 32:11) links the North Country with the return
of the exiles and an eagle, the symbol of the USA:
[Deuteronomy 32:11]
"AS AN EAGLE STIRRETH UP
HER NEST, FLUTTERETH OVER HER YOUNG, SPREADETH ABROAD HER WINGS, TAKETH
THEM, BEARETH THEM ON HER WINGS".
A bald-headed eagle is the symbol
of the USA.
Micah chapter one tells of the prophecy
that came to him CONCERNING SAMARIA AND JERUSALEM (1:1) meaning the Lost
Ten Tribes and Judah.
He goes on to say:
[Micah 1:5]
"FOR THE TRANSGRESSION OF JACOB IS ALL THIS, AND FOR THE SINS OF THE
HOUSE OF ISRAEL. WHAT IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF JACOB? IS IT NOT SAMARIA? AND
WHAT ARE THE HIGH PLACES OF JUDAH? ARE THEY NOT JERUSALEM?"
Micah links Jacob with Samaria.
Samaria was a major city in Manasseh and at one stage the capital of the
entire Northern Kingdom. In Prophecy 'Samaria' represents the Lost Ten Tribes
in their place of exile. Jacob is also linked with Samaria. The nickname
Yank (American) derives from the Hebrew form of Jacob. Both Judah and Samaria
are being warned here. Then warning is given to the townships of Aphrah (1:10),
Saphir, Zanaan, and Bethezel (1:11), Maroth (1:12), Lachish (1:13), Oresheth-Gath,
Achzib (1:14), Mareshah, and Adullam (1:16). There follows a reference
to the baldness of an eagle:
[Micah 1:16]
"MAKE THEE BALD, AND POLL THEE FOR THY DELICATE CHILDREN; ENLARGE THY
BALDNESS AS THE EAGLE; FOR THEY ARE GONE INTO CAPTIVITY FROM THEE".
All of the above places appear
to have belonged to either Benjamin or Judah. These all appear to be places
whose inhabitants were exiled by the Assyrians and who joined the Ten Tribes
in exile. The Lost Ten Tribes also include many from the southern tribes
of Judah and Benjamin, just as Judah eventually included many from The Lost
Ten Tribes. <<ENLARGE THY BALDNESS AS THE EAGLE>> The bald-headed
eagle is the symbol of the USA.
The eagle in Scripture in some cases
can symbolize the enemies of Israel: (Deuteronomy 28:4, Habakkuk 1:8, Obadiah
1:4 Lamentations 4:19 Jeremiah 4:13 Jeremiah 49:16). Historically the eagle
was the symbol of the Roman Empire, of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, of the
German Reich, of Poland, and probably of other nations as well most of whom
was much of the time antagonistic to the Jewish and Israelite peoples.
The eagle can also represent the
God of Israel, the righteous amongst the people of Israel, and their salvation
(Exodus 19:4 Deuteronomy 32:11 Isaiah 40:31).
The eagle is one of the four creatures
in the chariot of Ezekiel (1:10).
Ezekiel, chapter 17, speaks of two
eagles both representing aspects of the exile of Israel and Judah, or of
Judah only.
At all events Micah 1:16 speaks
of the baldness of the eagle in connection with the exile of townships of
Judah, who were about to join the Lost Ten Tribes in Exile and be considered
as part of them.
To my mind this is significant but
others may not be so impressed. At all events it is one indication amongst
very many others and should be considered as part of the whole.
# 3 - ISLES OF THE SEA:
The Bible describes Ephraim as
the "Firstborn" and also connects
him with "the ISLES":
(Jeremiah 31; 9-10)
"I am
a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn. Hear the word of the LORD,
O ye nations, and declare it in the ISLES afar off, and say, He that scattered
Israel will gather him and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock".
Similarly, Isaiah connects Israel
with Isles in the same passage of Isaiah that speaks of the Brit-Am 'Covenant
of the people', and is connected with colonialism and the settlement of North
America and Australia.
(Isaiah -49;1 6)
"Listen
0 ISLES unto me. Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified...
to bring Jacob again unto him... to raise up the tribes of Jacob... a covenant
of the people [in Hebrew: "Brit-am"] to establish the earth... to inherit
the desolate heritages... these from the north and the west; and these from
the land of Sinim".
Other Biblical
references also appear to indicate that the Lost Tribes, (or part of them),
are in the "Isles":
(Isaiah 24;15)
"The name of the Lord God of Israel in the ISLES of the sea"
.
(Isaiah 42;4)
"The
ISLES shall wait for his law".
(Isaiah 51;4 5)
"Hearken
unto me, MY PEOPLE...O my nation...mine arms shall judge the people, the
ISLES shall wait upon me".
(Isaiah
60;9)
"Surely
the ISLES shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy
sons from far" .
Isaiah 11:11 in the Hebrew also
mentions the Isles of the Sea:
"IN THAT DAY THE
LORD WILL EXTEND HIS HAND YET A SECOND TIME TO RECOVER THE REMNANT WHICH
IS LEFT OF HIS PEOPLE, FROM ASSYRIA, FROM EGYPT, FROM PATHROS, FROM ETHIOPIA
[Cush], FROM ELAM, FROM SHINAR, FROM HAMATH, AND FROM THE COASTLANDS"
[Hebrew: Eyi = Islands] OF
THE SEA.
These are the exiles of Judah and
Israel: The places spoken of are areas to which the exiles were taken and
from there went elsewhere. They are not necessarily places from which the
exiles will return.
ASSYRIA: the Lost Ten Tribes were exiled
by Assyria. Some equate Assyria WITH GERMANY.
EGYPT in Hebrew is Mitsrayim. Some
of the Lost Tribes were exiled via Egypt and so too were many of the Jews.
The Celts of Britain and Ireland had early contacts with Egypt. Egypt (Mitsraimin
in Hebrew) in some contexts can also equal Russia.
PATHROS is a place in Egypt though
some say a place on the Turkish border.
ETHIOPIA in Hebrew is "Cush".
Cush could mean 'Africa' in general; Sudan, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, India,
Central Asia. In connection with the Lost Ten tribes we believe in most cases
that Cush applies to Central Asia. This was referred to as 'India' in Dutch
Frisian sources and was the area they said their ancestors went to after
leaving Israel and before moving to the west.
Cush was equated with Ethiopia. Homer
spoke of an Ethiopia in the east and another far to the west.
F. de Rougemont, "L'Age du Bronze,"
(Paris 1866), pointed out that in North African Berber dialects Ethiopia
can mean People of Joppa. Joppa is Jaffa in southern Israel that was bequeathed
to Dan but conquered by Ephraim from the Canaanites. According to their own
traditions many of the Berbers of North Africa descended from Canaanites
who had been expelled by the Israelites. The Phoenicians and several Arab
groups originally spoke a Berber-type language. The Israelites, Phoenicians,
and North Africans all had links with Ireland.
ELAM is an area in southwest Persia.
Elam was once an important country. The bulk of the Ancient Persians were
probably of Elamite origin. Elamite was the most common spoken language amongst
the Persians. Archeological findings reveal a connection between Elam and
the Sacae of Central Asia who became the Anglo-Saxons. Elam was descended
from Sem. Craig White and others
trace people of Yugoslavia to Elam.
SHINAR meaning Babylon but also applied
to the northern shores of the Black Sea. Babylon was an important dispersion
point for the Jews of Judah.
HAMATH: Daphne of Antiochea was a suburb
of Hamath and it was connected with the Lost Ten Tribes. An Irish tradition
says that their ancestors and those of the British Celts were taken as slaves
by Phoenician agents of the Assyrian based in Hamath to Spain and from there
they moved to the British Isles. This agrees with historical and archaeological
findings.
BIBLICAL LANGUAGE: It is important
to remember that the Prophets spoke in their language according to terms
familiar to them. They spoke the truth. The names given by the Prophets to
different places in connection with future events may be the same places
that had those names at that time; OR they may be different places to which
descendants of the same people moved; OR they may have had names that sounded
similar to the names the Prophets employed, e.g. Hamath was an important
city in northern Syria, but you also had Ecbatana (the capital of Media),
known as Hamadan, and according to Daat Mikra also referred to in the Bible
as Hamath.
COASTLANDS OF THE SEA: in Hebrew Iyai
HaYam or 'Isles of the Sea' are referring to the British Isles.
The connection we have made between
Isaiah 11:11 and the Lost Ten Tribes appears to be confirmed by the Zohar
(VaYechi), as we explained in our work "Ephraim".
[Isaiah 11:12]
"HE
WILL RAISE AN ENSIGN FOR THE NATIONS, AND WILL ASSEMBLE THE OUTCASTS OF
ISRAEL, AND GATHER THE DISPERSED OF JUDAH FROM THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE EARTH.
OUTCASTS OF ISRAEL"
The Lost Ten Tribes who will be
found gathered together in specific areas. THE DISPERSED OF JUDAH i.e. the
Jews who are scattered all over the world.
[Isaiah 11:13]
"THE
JEALOUSY OF EPHRAIM SHALL DEPART, AND THOSE WHO HARASS JUDAH SHALL BE CUT
OFF; EPHRAIM SHALL NOT BE JEALOUS OF JUDAH, AND JUDAH SHALL NOT HARASS EPHRAIM."

Fit the Biblical Criteria of Joseph
1. Messiah son of Joseph
God says that HE will send HIS messenger before HIM to prepare the way and rebuild the Temple (Malachi 3:1). Rav
Saadia Gaon (b. ca. 890 CE) and Iben
Ezra (1080-1164 CE) said that the MESSENGERis the Messiah son of Joseph. The Messiah son of Joseph, according to the
Malbim (1809-1879) and others will be
the future head of the Lost Ten Tribes when they return to re-unite with Judah.
2. Was Cyrus an Israelite?
Cyrus was the ruler of Persia.
He belonged to the Pasargadae who were a small clan that had gained control of Persia. One explanation
of the name Pasargadae is Pasar-Gadaewhich
in the Aramaic dialect of that time meant Sons-of-Gad,(Le Comte de Gobineau. "Histoire Des Perses",
Paris 1869). Groups from the Israelite
tribe of Gad were scattered through Persia as well as being prominent amongst the Gutae (Goths) who
at that stages were on the northern
borders of Persia. It is therefore more than likely that the Pasargadae were at least in part originally descended
from Gad (Pasar-Gadae). It may be therefore
that Cyrus was of Israelite descent.
Another legend claims that Cyrus was the son of Queen Esther and King Ahaseurus.
3. Historical Prototypes
Isaiah in chapters 43, 44, and
45 spoke of Cyrus and of Israel and of Cush, Egypt, and Saba. It is often conventionally accepted
to assume that on the whole the entire
section is referring to Cyrus. This is not so. The verses may be applicable to a degree to Cyrus but he was not
the primary motif intended. We have
shown (Biblical Proofs Nos. 31, 32, 33: Egypt, Africa, and India) that the verses connected with Cyrus are referring
to a future age in the end times concerning
the Lost Ten Tribes. Isaiah used the
figure of Cyrus as a prototype. Cyrus represents the Messiah son of Joseph who will precede and whose time
will overlap with that of the Messiah
son of David. The Messiah son of Joseph will lead the Lost Ten Tribes in the Latter Days. He will also come
to fulfill and epitomize a process that
will have already been started by those who preceded him. Just as Napoleon bruit to their highest
expression ambitions that had been nurtured
by the French Monarchy and then released by the French Revolution so too will the Messiah son of Joseph
represent a culmination of tendencies,
emotions, and spiritual energies that will have begun before his time.
BY EXAMINING WHICH NATIONAL GROUPINGS
HAVE BEGUN TO FULFILL AND GIVE EXPRESSION
TO CHARACTERISTICS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MESSIAH SON OF JOSEPH WE MAY FURTHER DISCERN IN WHAT AREAS THE LOST TEN TRIBES
WILL BE AT THE END TIMES. Isaiah switched
from Cyrus to Israel in the same verses as may be seen in the text, in the Hebrew original, and according to the
explanation of the sages.
4. Rabbi Eliyahu of Vilna
The historical Cyrus in Isaiah
serves as a figure representing the Messiah son of Joseph and the Ten Tribes in general. This explanation
is born out from a work written more
than 200 years ago recording the opinion of Eliyahu of Vilna who is considered one of the greatest
Rabbinical sages who ever lived.
The Messiah son of Joseph was linked
with Ephraim and with Cyrus in the work,
Kol HaTor (Voice of the Turtle Dove) based on the sayings of Eliyahu of Vilna, 1.8.3:
[Isaiah 60:22]
A LITTLE ONE SHALL BECOME A
THOUSAND, AND A SMALL ONE A STRONG NATION:
I THE LORD WILL HASTEN IT IN HIS TIME.
This speaks of Ephraim meaning
the Messiah son of Joseph,
[Isaiah 44:28]
[THAT SAITH OF CYRUS, HE
IS MY SHEPHERD, AND] he SHALL PERFORM ALL MY PLEASURE.
Cyrus has the task of the Messiah
son of Joseph.

5. President Truman
President Truman supported the
establishment of the State of Israel and identified himself with Cyrus. He represented the forces
of Joseph in the End Times.

David Koppel: Religious Fright
In the latest issue of Books &
Culture, a Christian book review monthly, Gerald McDermott details the role of Truman's Southern
Baptist faith in his Israel policy.
While mainline Protestants (with some important exceptions, such as Schlesinger's friend Reinhold
Niebuhr) tended to disparage Zionist
hopes for a Jewish state, religious conservatives (a group that included people like Truman who were not
necessarily political conservatives)
rejoiced in Zionist aspirations as the fulfillment of prophecy and the just restoration of the Jewish homeland
which God had promised the Jews by sacred
covenant. Only hours after the declaration
of the State of Israel, President Truman overrode the objections of the State Department and
the War Department, and made the United
States the first nation to grant recognition to Israel. Truman used American clout to convince the U.N. to recognize
Israel, too. When ceasefire lines were
being drawn after the failed Arab war to exterminate the Jews, Truman insisted that Israel have
the Negev, which more than doubled Israel's
territory. Israelis believed that without Truman they would not have survived. As recounted in the Second Book of Chronicles, in the
6th century B.C. the Jewish kingdom
was conquered by the Babylonian Empire, the Temple was destroyed, and the Jews were carried into Babylonian
captivity. Half a century later, the
Babylonian Empire was overthrown by the Persian Empire of Cyrus the Great. Cyrus allowed the Jews to return
to their holy land:
In the first year of Cyrus king
of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the LORD spoken by Jeremiah, the LORD moved the heart
of Cyrus king of Persia to make a proclamation

he has appointed me to build a temple
for him at Jerusalem in Judah. Anyone of his people among you may the LORD his God be with him, and let him go
up.'" Paul Charles Merkley's book, The
Politics of Christian Zionism: 1891-1948, describes a meeting in 1949, at the end of Truman's presidency,
between Truman and the chief rabbi of
Israel: The rabbi went on to assert:
"God put you in your mother's womb so you would be the instrument to bring about Israel's rebirth
after two thousand years." We are told
by a witness that, "On hearing these words, Truman rose from his chair and, with great emotion, tears glistening
in his eyes, he turned to the Chief
Rabbi and asked him if his actions for the sake of the Jewish people were indeed to be interpreted thus and
the hand of the Almighty was in the

President Truman was honored at the Jewish Theological Seminary. One of Truman's friends introduced

Truman made a few months after the end
of his Presidency to the Jewish Theological Seminary, together with Truman's friend, Eddie Jacobson. Jacobson
introduced Harry Truman to the professors:
'This is the man who helped create the State of Israel', but Truman corrected him: 'What do you mean
"helped to create"? I am Cyrus. I am
Cyrus.' It seems that the analogy to
Cyrus had already been suggested to President Truman by the Chief Rabbi of Israel, Isaac Halevi Herzog,
on the occasion of a visit to him in
the White House early in 1949. The rabbi went on to assert: 'God put you in your mother's womb so you would
be the instrument to bring about Israel's
rebirth after two thousand years.' We are told by a witness that, 'On hearing these words, Truman rosefrom
his chair and, with great emotion, tears

These words of Truman's - 'I am
Cyrus' - were uttered neither casually nor ironically. We must take them with the fullest seriousness,
and when we do, we will have the key
to understanding Truman's constant pro-Zionism.
Harry Truman frequently turned
over the name of 'Cyrus the Great' as he rehearsed the names of the 'Great Men of History'- a
mental exercise which he performed regularly,
as a concert pianist performs scales. The American democratic process, he knew, had put him in the place
where Cyrus redivivus was expected.
His awareness of all this is what explains the consistency of his refusal to allow himself to be worn down by the
emotional and sometimes brutal arguments
of the Zionists, fully as much as it explains his serenity in the face of the arguments from anti-Zionist Jews,
the pro-Arab blandishments coming from
the State Department, the 'realistic' military judgments coming from George Marshall and George Kennan,
and the economic-geopolitical arguments
of James Forrestal. To doubt his personal
fitness for this great role would have been the same as to doubt the fitness of the American political system
which had put him in place. To set his
own name at the end of that long catalogue of the Great Men (in which Cyrus always figured) was not,

Israel who have not known the Almighty
yet nevcertheless they fulfill His hisotical will.

EGYPT, AND MERCHANDISE OF ETHIOPIA AND

verse can be explained to say: That
which comes to Egypt [via the Suez Canal], the trade of India [Cush],

shall come over [the sea] unto you. They will be yours, in chains they will come unto you. This was fulfilled by the British and Americans.
[Isaiah 45:15] VERILY THOU ART

The Lost tribes in Britain were
linked with a god who hides Himself as explained in our work Ephraim.
Isaiah (45:16-18) continues to
condemn the practitioners of idolatry,
apparently speaking of the End Times
[Isaiah 45:19] I HAVE NOT SPOKEN IN
SECRET, IN A DARK PLACE OF THE EARTH: I SAID NOT UNTO THE SEED OF JACOB, SEEK YE ME IN VAIN:
I THE LORD SPEAK RIGHTEOUSNESS, I DECLARE THINGS THAT ARE RIGHT.
It is worth reading all the rest
of Isaiah chapter 45 and chapter 46 since they continue the same theme.
7. Conclusion:
Only Brit-Am Nations Fit the Biblical
Criteria of Joseph Whether you accept
the idea of the Messiah son of Joseph and of Cyrus as being his prototype or not, the verses surrounding the
mention of Cyrus in the Bible definitely
are speaking of the end times. They definitely concern Israel in the future and they correlate with all other
passages in the Bible dealing with the
Lost Ten Tribes in the End Times. We see from these and other verses that the forces of Josephwill be involved
in the ingathering of Judah centered
on Jerusalem and the rebuilding of the cities and settlements of Judah. This is spoken of as a blessing,
a promise, and a duty. They are also
connected with the building of the future Temple. These activities will PRECEDE the redemption and ingathering
of the Lost Ten Tribes themselves.
We are entering the End Times and
the ONLY nations that have supported the Jews and helped enable the State of Israel to exist are
those identified by Brit-Am as containing
significant numbers of Lost Israelites from the Ten Tribes.
Brit-Am is also beginning the way
please help us in this task.
# 5 - Thighs, Peninsulas, Coasts:
This proof complements and ties in
with other proofs such as ends of the earth and north country. We consider
it a separate proof since in appears that the Hebrew word (yarcetei) meaning
literally thighs and translated as coast actually refers to Peninsulas.
A peninsula is a projection (i.e. a thigh) of land in to water, connected
to the mainland by a narrow strip of land, called an isthmus. Major Lost Israelite
Tribal centers such as Jutland (Denmark), Scandinavia, and North America
are peninsulas.
[Jeremiah 31:8]
BEHOLD, I WILL
BRING THEM FROM THE NORTH COUNTRY, AND GATHER THEM FROM THE COASTS OF THE
EARTH, AND WITH THEM THE BLIND AND THE LAME, THE WOMAN WITH CHILD AND HER
THAT TRAVAILETH WITH CHILD TOGETHER: A GREAT COMPANY SHALL RETURN THITHER.

Most of the Lost Ten Tribes will be in the North, i.e.
[Jeremiah 16:15]
BUT, THE
LORD LIVETH, THAT BROUGHT UP THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL FROM THE LAND OF THE
NORTH, AND FROM ALL THE LANDS WHITHER HE HAD DRIVEN THEM: AND I WILL BRING
THEM AGAIN INTO THEIR LAND THAT I GAVE UNTO THEIR FATHERS .
They will be mostly to the North of the Land of Israel but also in
other places. We pointed out that to the north meant Northern Europe and
North America that was referred to as The Great North Land in Phoenician
writings according to Barry Fell. The Lost Ten Tribes would also be ingathered
FROM THE COASTS OF THE EARTH. The word translated as COASTS in Hebrew is
Yarcetei meaning literally thighs. Buleh (Daat Mikra) says that this
word is used synonymously with ends of the earth. It was prophesied frequently
that the Lost Tribes would be in the ends or geographical extremities of
the Continental masses, as indeed they are in every case, e.g. Western Europe,
Scandinavia, Britain, North America, Australia, South Africa. It may be a
bit fanciful to mention but if you look at a map of North America it does
look somewhat similar to a thigh.
They will return by plane and by ship.
It may well be similar to how the Ethiopian Jews returned to Israel. We
saw pictures of women who had given birth in flight: i.e. HER
THAT TRAVAILETH WITH CHILD. This type of transport in which everybody could
be safely conducted was not possible until modern times.
North Country and Coasts of the Earth
regarding the Latter Day Era of our own time refers to North America, Western
Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and like places. Even in the
time of Jeremiah these expressions could refer to areas in Northern Europe.
A related expression connected with the Lost Ten Tribes is ends of the
earth (Genesis 33;13, Isaiah 41;8,9,13). This expression too in ancient
times could relate to northern regions:
<In innumerable places Egyptian,
Hebrew, Babylonian, Greek, and Latin writings refer to the most northerly
lands as the ends of the earth> (Jurgen Spanuch, Atlantic of the North,
p. 28).
The Egyptians saw the world as divided
into nine bows which correspond roughly to the modern concept of meridians
of latitude &. Pliny the Elder said that the ninth division of the world
goes across the Hyperboreans (i.e. the Cimbrian peninsula - present-day
Jutland [in Denmark]).. with a seventeen hour day (at its longest). F.A.
Ukert pointed out long ago that this method of dividing the world was taken
from the Egyptians and that the ninth bow corresponds to the area between
latitudes 52 and 57 & Between these latitudes lie north Germany, Denmark,
and southern Scandinavia (Jurgen Spanuch, Atlantic of the North, p.29).
Spanuch is saying that by ends of the earth the ancients specifically meant
what later became Israelite centers in Northern Europe. This is a further
point justifying our understanding of the term as used by the prophets concerning
the Lost Ten Tribes to refer to those same regions.
[Jeremiah 31:9]
THEY SHALL COME
WITH WEEPING, AND WITH SUPPLICATIONS WILL I LEAD THEM: I WILL CAUSE THEM
TO WALK BY THE RIVERS OF WATERS IN A STRAIGHT WAY, WHEREIN THEY SHALL NOT
STUMBLE: FOR I AM A FATHER TO ISRAEL, AND EPHRAIM IS MY FIRSTBORN.
<<I AM A FATHER TO ISRAEL,
AND EPHRAIM IS MY FIRSTBORN>>: God will return and acknowledge the
Lost Ten Tribes as His people along side Judah. This will be known to all.
The Lost Ten Tribes will no longer be lost. At present they are Lost: Most
of them are not aware of their true Israelite identity and this identity
is not known to others.

YE ARE THE CHILDREN
OF THE LORD YOUR GOD. I am your father as it says, I AM A FATHER TO ISRAEL.
It is honorable for the children to be with their father and
it is an honor for the father to be with his children>>. (Shemot
Rabah 34;4).
[Jeremiah 31:10]
HEAR THE WORD
OF THE LORD, O YE NATIONS, AND DECLARE IT IN THE ISLES AFAR OFF, AND SAY,
HE THAT SCATTERED ISRAEL WILL GATHER HIM, AND KEEP HIM, AS A SHEPHERD DOTH
HIS FLOCK.
[Jeremiah 31:11]
FOR THE LORD
HATH REDEEMED JACOB, AND RANSOMED HIM FROM THE HAND OF HIM THAT WAS STRONGER
THAN HE.
Notice the linkage of North
Country, coasts of the earth, Israel, Ephraim, and "Isles afar off".

6 - BRIT-AM:
The Lost Ten Tribes will comprise
a "Brit-Am", or Confederation of People(s).
[Isaiah 42:6]
" I THE LORD
HAVE CALLED THEE IN RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND WILL HOLD THINE HAND, AND WILL KEEP
THEE, AND GIVE THEE FOR A COVENANT OF THE PEOPLE, FOR A LIGHT OF THE GENTILES;"
<<A COVENANT OF THE PEOPLE>>:
in Hebrew "Brit-Am". Israel will be a Brit-Am. In the Middle Ages Britain
sometimes referred to herself as Britammia. The Welsh called themselves,
Bryth y Brithan, or Briths of Brithan [Charles A. L. Totten: ‘The Romance
of History: Lost Israel Found’, USA, 1890].
In Biblical Hebrew "brith" means
covenant.
The Rabbinical Biblical Commentator
Malbim says that Brit-Am means Israel.
This is why we chose "Brit-Am" for
the name of our organization. Brit-Am represents the Lost Ten Tribes
returning. Other reasons were that Brit-Am hints at Britain from whom many
of those to whom we direct our message originate. Our friend Cecil Davis
pointed out that Brit-Am can also be understand as a shortened way of saying
Britain and America.
[Isaiah 49:8]
"THUS
SAITH THE LORD, IN AN ACCEPTABLE TIME HAVE I HEARD THEE, AND IN A DAY OF
SALVATION HAVE I HELPED THEE: AND I WILL PRESERVE THEE, AND GIVE THEE FOR
A COVENANT OF THE PEOPLE [Brit-Am], TO ESTABLISH THE EARTH, TO CAUSE
TO INHERIT THE DESOLATE HERITAGES;"
The Talmud and Midrashim say that
this verse and all the verses around concern the Lost Ten Tribes and their
ultimate return and re-unification with Judah. We have quoted some of these
sources at length in "Ephraim" and elsewhere…
"A covenant of the people
[Hebrew: "BRIT-AM" i.e. Britain], to establish the earth [or in the Hebrew:
"to found a country", e.g. the U.S.A., the State of Israel], to cause to
inherit the desolate heritages".
"Desolate heritages" relatively
speaking were the regions of North America, Australia and New Zealand, and
South Africa before the nations here spoken of colonized them. Also, on
a long-term geo-political and economical level the Zionist- Jewish re-settlement
of part of the Land of Israel was made possible (like and/or believe it
or not), in some measure, due to the policies of Britain (sic!) and America!!
The Lost Ten Tribes were to be associated
with the name "Brit-Am" and with the concept it represents: The Commonwealth
of Nations, and the Commonwealth of the People. British and American Constitutional
Understanding and Law entail (each with their own different points of emphasis)
the Conception of Confederation and of a Peoples Covenant, a sacred bonding
and mutual obligation between different parts of the nation and basic in
alienable rights. All this is entailed by the Covenant of the People with
the Nation. All of this is summed up in the Hebrew expression "Brit-Am".
"Brit-Am" is the Lost Tribes of Israel and their future reunification with
Judah. This point is also spoken of in Isaiah 49: Concerning the Reaction
of Judah when he sees the Lost Ten Tribes returning: [Isaiah 49:21] THEN SHALT
THOU SAY IN THINE HEART, WHO HATH BEGOTTEN ME THESE, SEEING I HAVE LOST MY
CHILDREN, AND AM DESOLATE, A CAPTIVE, AND REMOVING TO AND FRO? AND WHO HATH
BROUGHT UP THESE? BEHOLD, I WAS LEFT ALONE; THESE, WHERE HAD THEY BEEN? A
Midrash (repeated at least eight times in early Talmudic and Midrashic sources)
speaks of Isaiah 49:6 as referring to the Lost Ten Tribes and their places
of exile and links Isaiah 49:21 to this phenomenon and the reaction of Judah
when Judah begins to realize who the present day Lost Ten Tribes are. The
Midrash understands from the verse that until that time Judah will not have
been aware of who their Lost Tribal brothers are! We discussed this
in "Ephraim" and additional sources that we have since been made aware of
have confirmed our conclusions.

7 - Tarshish
Isaiah speaks of exiled Israelites
(from Ephraim and the other Tribes) returning by aeroplane and be ships from
over the Atlantic Ocean:
[Isaiah 60:8]
"WHO
ARE THESE THAT FLY AS A CLOUD AND AS THE DOVES TO THEIR WINDOWS?"
They fly on the clouds in Aeroplanes.
When was it possible for this prophecy to be literally fulfilled before our
times?
The Talmud (Baba Batra 75; b) says:
<<When Israel sins somewhat, they are brought down like a fowl [flying
away], as it says, AS FOR EPHRAIM, THEIR GLORY SHALL FLY AWAY LIKE A BIRD
[Hosea 9:11]. When they gain merit, they are elevated like a cloud, as it
says, WHO ARE THESE THAT FLY AS A CLOUD [Isaiah 60:8].>> So we
see that in at least one place the Talmud speaks of the above verse
in Isaiah (60:8) in connection to Ephraim meaning to the Lost Ten Tribes.
[Isaiah 60:9]
"SURELY THE
ISLES SHALL WAIT FOR ME, AND THE SHIPS OF TARSHISH FIRST, TO BRING THY SONS
FROM FAR, THEIR SILVER AND THEIR GOLD WITH THEM, UNTO THE NAME OF THE LORD
THY GOD, AND TO THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, BECAUSE HE HATH GLORIFIED THEE."
<SURELY THE ISLES SHALL WAIT FOR
ME :> Iben Ezra Commentary: For I will give them a good reward.
THE SHIPS OF TARSHISH FIRST: Ships
that plough the Atlantic Ocean bringing people back from America, Britain,
and Western Europe.
(Isaiah 60:9)
"Surely
the ISLES shall wait for me and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy
sons from far" .
In Psalms (72; 10) "The Kings
of Tarshish and of the ISLES" are mentioned together. The Aramaic Paraphrase
explains that the "Isles" mentioned are those in the "Oceanic Sea" meaning
those of The Atlantic Ocean according to Talmudic commentators [see "ARUCH
HASHALEM" entry "Okyanus", where he says that the Okyanus was usually understood
as being the Atlantic Ocean.]
The Talmud (Hullin 91b) also infers
that Tarshish means the Atlantic Ocean and historically a major city-port
named Tartessos and identified as Tarshish was located on the southwest coast
of Spain. Tartessos-Tarshish at one stage was part of a maritime domain with
probable establishments in Britain and Gaul. The Biblical expression "Ships
of Tarshish" means primarily those plying the Atlantic Ocean and therefore
the "ISLES" mentioned in association with Tarshish and Israelites are presumably
those of Britain, America, and the coastline of Northwest Europe.
Steven Collins informs that
the great Jewish scholar, archaeologist, linguist, and author Cyrus Gordon
considered the term Tarshish to apply to the American Continent.

8 - Seafarers
Nearly the whole of Isaiah chapter
42 is referring to Israel - especially the Lost Ten tribes as we explained
in our commentary there:
[Isaiah 42:6]
"A COVENANT OF THE PEOPLE [Brit-Am], FOR A LIGHT OF THE GENTILES and
of freeing the prisoners".
Isaiah also speaks of sea-goers:
[Isaiah 42:10]
"SING UNTO THE LORD A NEW SONG, AND HIS PRAISE FROM THE END OF THE EARTH, YE THAT GO
DOWN TO THE SEA, AND ALL THAT IS THEREIN; THE ISLES, AND THE INHABITANTS
THEREOF".
End of the earth = most Israelites
dwell at the geographical extremities of the earth when Jerusalem is consider the center.
<<GO DOWN TO THE SEA>>: Seagoers. ISLES = islands and coastland dwellers.
This indicates that Israelites will
be major sea-farers. This fits in with the promises to Israel that included. The following
verse [Isaiah 42:11] speaks
of Kedar which is also linked with North America and the Ten Tribes as explained in "Ephraim" and as we will explain
later in this series of Biblical
Proofs.
The Lost Ten Tribes had to be a
sea-faring nation or include sea-farers amongst their myriad other characteristics.
We have already noted the connection
of The Lost Ten Tribes with Tarshish and with ships plying the Atlantic Ocean.
The heathen Prophet Bilaam foresaw
the might and world wide expansion of Israel in the Last Days:
[Numbers 24:7]
"HE SHALL POUR THE WATER OUT OF HIS BUCKETS, AND HIS SEED SHALL BE IN MANY WATERS,
AND HIS KING SHALL BE HIGHER THAN AGAG, AND HIS KINGDOM SHALL BE EXALTED".
<<POUR THE WATER OUT OF HIS
BUCKETS>>: AGAG represented the most powerful ruler in the non-Israelite world. Israel will
surpass his might. Many watersmeans
the Israelites will be found in all Oceans and on every sea. They will comprise a powerful world-encompassing
entity. The Lost Ten Tribes (as
we shall see) were to possess the gatesof their enemies meaning valuable strategic passes and points of access
of those who are actually or potentially
antagonistic towards them. This on a global scale would have to include certain bases whose main value and the
possibility of reaching would presuppose
naval predominance.
In addition to the above we have
the fact that specific tribes were also described as sea-goers.
Dan was referred to as someone who
dwells in ships.
[Judges 5:17]
"AND WHY DID DAN REMAIN IN SHIPS? ASHER CONTINUED ON THE SEA SHORE, AND ABODE IN HIS
BREACHES".
In the Hebrew it says that Dan dwelt
in ships. The point about Asher can
also be understood to say that Asher dwelt on his sailing boats. We will speak more on this
elsewhere. In our book "Lost Israelite
Identity" we have a whole chapter dedicated to the seafaring activities of the Ancient Israelites
and several more chapters
that discuss aspects related to this kind of activity.
Concerning Zebulon it was prophesied:
[Genesis 49:13]
"ZEBULUN SHALL DWELL AT THE HAVEN OF THE SEA; AND HE SHALL BE FOR AN
HAVEN OF SHIPS; AND HIS BORDER SHALL BE UNTO ZIDON".

THE HAVEN OF THE SEAin Hebrew "Chof Yamim" meaning at the seashores or at the shore
of the seas. I/3 of Holland is below
sea-level, another 1/3 is subject to periodic sea-flooding, i.e. 2/3 of the country is dwelling on the shores
of the sea. This is the only country
in the world where this holds true. In Ancient Times a people called Sabulingoi dwelt in the region of
Northern Holland. "Sabulingoi" in Hebrew means "People of Zebulon". Northern peoples
at that time switched "s" for
"z".
However you take it taking the above
verse together the impression is clear that the Lost Ten Tribes are to be scattered
over several oceans and to include
seafaring amongst their activities and distinguishing markers.
# 9 - RULE OVER PEOPLES
Jacob [re-named Israel]
was blessed by Isaac:
[Genesis 27:29]
"LET PEOPLE
SERVE THEE, AND NATIONS BOW DOWN TO THEE: BE LORD OVER THY BRETHREN,
AND LET THY MOTHER'S SONS BOW DOWN TO THEE: CURSED BE EVERY ONE THAT CURSETH
THEE, AND BLESSED BE HE THAT BLESSETH THEE".
<<LET PEOPLE SERVE THEE AND
NATIONS BOW DOWN TO THEE>>: Nations would bow down to them.
Ephraim was also blessed:
[Genesis 48:19]
"AND
HIS FATHER REFUSED, AND SAID, I KNOW IT, MY SON, I KNOW IT: HE ALSO SHALL
BECOME A PEOPLE, AND HE ALSO SHALL BE GREAT: BUT TRULY HIS YOUNGER BROTHER
SHALL BE GREATER THAN HE, AND HIS SEED SHALL BECOME A MULTITUDE OF NATIONS."
<<HIS SEED SHALL BECOME A MULTITUDE
OF NATIONS>>: In Hebrew "malo hagoim" or “literally the fullness of
nations". Onkelos translates this as saying that his seed will rule over
the nations.
Ephraim was to become a ruler
of other peoples!
The expression could also be understood
to mean that other nations will be dependent upon him for their very existence.
The Lost Ten Tribes headed by Ephraim
were to rule over other peoples. This is one of their signs of identification.
There are related concepts to this that also imply rulership over other peoples
but which will be dealt with separately. Some of these related concepts include
possessing the gates (strategic points) of his enemies, being like an irresistible
lion in the flock, being the major world power at the end of time and in
the period leading up to it, historically possessing Egypt and India and
causing slaves from Africa to cross over to you in chains where they were
to become attached to you, and so on. Regarding ruling over other nations

- Be the Dominant World Power [Balak, Ephraim]:
The Lost Ten Tribes especially Joseph
were to become a Dominant World Power and towards the End of Days The most
Powerful Nation or National Grouping in the world.
This is evident from the implications
of other identifying characteristics that we mentioned in Biblical Proof no. 9 Rule
over other Peoples, etc and defeat
Edom. It is also a sign in its own right.
This is described in the Prophecy
of Bilaam, e.g.
[Numbers 24:7]
"HE SHALL POUR THE WATER OUT OF HIS BUCKETS, AND HIS SEED SHALL BE IN
MANY WATERS, AND HIS KING SHALL BE HIGHER THAN AGAG, AND HIS KINGDOM SHALL
BE EXALTED".
AGAG represents the most powerful
ruler in the non-Israelite world and Israel will surpass his might. He will be on many
waters in all Oceans and on every sea; to be a powerful world-encompassing
kingdom.
[Numbers 24:8]
"GOD BROUGHT
HIM FORTH OUT OF EGYPT; HE HATH AS IT WERE THE STRENGTH OF A UNICORN: HE
SHALL EAT UP THE NATIONS HIS ENEMIES, AND SHALL BREAK THEIR BONES, AND PIERCE
THEM THROUGH WITH HIS ARROWS".
Ephraim is to mighty nation which
defeats all its enemies. There is hardly a nation in the world that at some
stage or other was not defeated in battle by Britain and/or the USA. Again we have the symbol of the
Unicorn. The Midrash (Numbers Rabah
2;7) says that the unicorn is the symbol of Manasseh. It is true that the unicorn is now part of the symbolic
coat of arms of the UK but they derived
it from Scotland which has two unicorns on its standard. The USA is dominated by Manasseh. Is the above
verse hinting that Manasseh (symbolized by the unicorn) would end up being
the most powerful tribe?
[Numbers 24:9]
"HE COUCHED; HE LAY DOWN AS A LION, AND AS A GREAT LION: WHO SHALL STIR
HIM UP? BLESSED IS HE THAT BLESSETH THEE, AND CURSED IS HE THAT
CURSETH THEE".
Also:
[Micah 5:7]
"AND THE REMNANT OF JACOB SHALL BE IN THE MIDST OF MANY PEOPLE AS A
DEW FROM THE LORD, AS THE SHOWERS UPON THE GRASS, THAT TARRIETH NOT FOR
MAN, NOR WAITETH FOR THE SONS OF MEN".
[Micah
5:8]
"AND THE REMNANT OF JACOB SHALL BE AMONG THE GENTILES IN THE MIDST OF
MANY PEOPLE AS A LION AMONG THE BEASTS OF THE FOREST, AS A YOUNG LION AMONG
THE FLOCKS OF SHEEP: WHO, IF HE GO THROUGH, BOTH TREADETH DOWN, AND TEARETH
IN PIECES, AND NONE CAN DELIVE".
[Micah
5:9]
"THINE HAND SHALL BE LIFTED UP UPON THINE ADVERSARIES, AND ALL THINE
ENEMIES SHALL BE CUT OFF".

11 - Military Power
This proof is part and parcel of
the previous two (9. Rule over Peoples; 10. Be the Dominant World Power (Balak, Ephraim)
but we have counted it separately.
It adds something in the way of emphasis.
[Jeremiah 51:19]
"THE PORTION OF JACOB IS NOT LIKE THEM; FOR HE IS THE FORMER OF ALL
THINGS: AND ISRAEL IS THE ROD OF HIS INHERITANCE: THE LORD OF HOSTS IS HIS
NAME".
[Jeremiah
51:20]
"THOU ART MY BATTLE AXE AND WEAPONS OF WAR: FOR WITH THEE WILL I BREAK
IN PIECES THE NATIONS, AND WITH THEE WILL I DESTROY KINGDOMS;"
Israel is the tool God uses
to break and make nations. To the degree that this prophecy was to be fulfilled before the
Messianic Era then it could only
have been fulfilled by the Lost Ten Tribes. The Lost Ten Tribes of Israel could therefore only be found amongst
a people or peoples who were powerful
on the international scene, preferably the most powerful. This is another proof confirming our Brit-Am identifications.
[Jeremiah 51:21]
"AND WITH THEE WILL I BREAK IN PIECES THE HORSE AND HIS RIDER; AND WITH
THEE WILL I BREAK IN PIECES THE CHARIOT AND HIS RIDER; "
[Zechariah
10:7]
"AND THEY OF EPHRAIM SHALL BE LIKE A MIGHTY MAN, AND THEIR HEART SHALL
REJOICE AS THROUGH WINE: YEA, THEIR CHILDREN SHALL SEE IT, AND BE GLAD; THEIR
HEART SHALL REJOICE IN THE LORD."
# 12 - EDOM:
The Lost Ten Tribes headed by Joseph
are destined to defeat Edom. Edom means the sons of Esau who dominate Germany
and other portions of Europe and possibly Japan as well. To identify The
Lost Ten Tribes headed by Joseph we must therefore seek a nation or group
of nations that has proven itself capable of the said feat in the past. The
nations of Britain and North America and their kin folk have done this. This
quality (like all other identifying characteristics) has to be considered
along with all other identifying characteristics that taken as a whole can
only indicate one specific group of peoples.
[Ezekiel 25:14]
"AND I WILL
LAY MY VENGEANCE UPON EDOM BY THE HAND OF MY
PEOPLE ISRAEL:
AND THEY SHALL DO IN EDOM ACCORDING TO MINE ANGER AND ACCORDING TO MY FURY;
AND THEY SHALL KNOW MY VENGEANCE, SAITH THE LORD GOD."
<<AND THEY SHALL DO IN
EDOM ACCORDING TO MINE ANGER>>: Tradition says that the seed of Joseph
will destroy Edom. The book of Obadiah is dedicated to this theme.
[Obadiah 1:18]
"AND THE HOUSE
OF JACOB SHALL BE A FIRE, AND THE HOUSE OF JOSEPH A FLAME, AND THE HOUSE
OF ESAU FOR STUBBLE AND THEY SHALL KINDLE IN THEM, AND DEVOUR THEM; AND THERE
SHALL NOT BE ANY REMAINING OF THE HOUSE OF ESAU; FOR THE LORD HATH SPOKEN
IT."
Obadiah says that the House of Joseph
shall destroy the House of Esau.
Rabbinical sources identified Esau with Rome and with Germany and sometimes with Europe in general. The Talmud says that
only Joseph is capable of defeating
Esau. The sources do not say that all the Germans are from Esau but part of them, especially amongst elite leading
elements. The same sources also say
that the Germans are descended from Canaanites, from Gomer, from Togarmah, from Ashkenaz, and so on.
They are therefore a mixed people
like most other peoples. There was however a tradition that the ruling elements of Rome and Germany were descended
from Esau. Many Germans considered
themselves the descendants of Roman soldiers and identified with the Roman Empire. We must look for a nation that
has proven itself capable of defeating
Germany and this is what Britain and the USA did do in the Second World War.

alone. Why then should they need
Joseph? The answer is that the power of Jacob to fight against Esau is
applicable only if Esau comes within
the boundaries of Israel. In order to offensively penetrate the borders of Esau we
need Joseph since the seed of Esau
falls only before the children of Rachel. The intention here is to Joseph who was born outside of the Land of Israel...>
Notes from Daat Sofrim: <Edom
is not a nation of one pure constitution. It is composed of the descendants of Esau and of
the Horites who intermingled together.
As a result of this foreign qualities were added to those that naturally belonged to Esau.
<The prophecy is apparently directed
not only to the period when this
people [Esau] dwelt in its land but also to the days when it would be assimilated amongst the peoples of the world
and fulfill its great role beginning
with Rome.
AND THE HOUSE OF ESAU FOR
STUBBLE: Daat Sofrim emphasizes (1) All prophesies of disaster and punishment are contingent
on the culprit not reforming himself
BUT if he changes his ways disaster can be averted. (2) It says that The House of Edom will be made
an end of, i.e. it will no longer
exist as an independent recognizable unit but many individuals from Edom will survive amongst other nations.

13 - Light for the Gentiles
[Isaiah 42:1]
"BEHOLD MY SERVANT, WHOM I UPHOLD; MINE ELECT, IN WHOM MY SOUL DELIGHTETH;
I HAVE PUT MY SPIRIT UPON HIM: HE SHALL BRING FORTH JUDGMENT TO THE GENTILES".
"BEHOLD MY SERVANT remember
[Isaiah 41:8] BUT THOU, ISRAEL, ART MY SERVANT:
<<HE SHALL BRING FORTH JUDGMENT
TO THE GENTILES>>: They shall judge and rule over the other nations and instruct them.
Others (such as the Malbim) say that
in this case my servantrefers to the future Messiah. The passage can be understood
in both senses.
[Isaiah 42:6]
" I THE LORD
HAVE CALLED THEE IN RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND WILL HOLD THINE HAND, AND WILL KEEP
THEE, AND GIVE THEE FOR A COVENANT OF THE PEOPLE, FOR A LIGHT OF THE GENTILES;"
<<A COVENANT
OF THE PEOPLE>>: In Hebrew Brit-Am. Israel will be a Brit-Am. In the Middle Ages Britain sometimes
referred to herself as Britammia.
The Welsh called themselves, Bryth y Brithan, or Briths of Brithan. In Biblical Hebrew brithmeans covenant.
The Malbim says that Brit-Am means
Israel.
A LIGHT OF THE GENTILES:
On the whole the Lost Ten Tribes have instructed and enlightened other nations.
This is also entailed in our seven
criteria for determining who belongs to the Lost Ten Tribes explained in Ephraim:
1. Blessings: Economic and Physical
Blessings as promised to Israel in Scripture.
2. Indications of Scripture: Biblical
Evidence predicting whereto the Lost Ten Tribes would go, what type of religion and
government they would have, etc.
3. Groundwork: Historical, Archaeological,
and Related Proofs showing paths of
migration.
4. Judah: This entails proven feelings
of kinship and sympathy with the Jews and a Relative Lack of Anti-Semitism when
compared with others.
5. Originality: Innovation and Intellect:
A minimal degree of national Intellectual
Wisdom and Honesty.
6. Bravery: Proven Military Prowess
in the past at least and at present in potential
7. Empathy: The Doing of Social Justice.
Out of these criteria nos. 5 (originality)
and 7 (Empathy) are the most pertinent
to being a light to the Gentiles. Most innovations and real scientific progress in the present age is due
to Israelite Nations including
Judah. Maybe it was always like that throughout history. A Light to the Gentilesentails the giving of knowledge
and know-how but it could be
said to indicate more the doing of
goodness on a national level.
Our seventh criteria was Empathy.
EMPATHY:
DOERS OF JUSTICE IMPLYING SOCIAL SYMPATHY
"The remnant of Joseph" is called upon to hate evil and love good and establish judgment in the gate (Amos
6;15). Abraham the first Hebrew
was chosen because he would bequeath to his progeny the inherited goal of keeping the way of The LORD, doing justice
and judgment (Genesis 18;19).
It is mainly in those nations identified by us as belonging to Israel are human rights willingly respected and
the good of all requested for altruistic
reasons. The Israelite Nations are those responsible for what genuine progress has occurred in the world
concerning respect for the natural
rights of man.
Britain helped civilize the world.
The USA has applied scientific advancements
to keep the world from famine and
disaster and apply some limitations to tyranny.
All the other Israelite Nations have
also made contributions of their own. They have helped other peoples and served as examples
and sources of inspiration in different
fields.
Without the Israelite Nations the
world would be much darker and crueler than it is.
# 14 - Separate from Judah:
These two proofs are complementary
and interweave with each other and we have chosen to treat them together.
The Lost Ten Tribes will not be part
of Judah. Only in the Last days just before or during the Messianic
Era will Judah and Joseph re-unite. Until that time they will be separate.
The Lost Ten Tribes must therefore
be sought for amongst an entity that is not part of Judah and not recognized by Judah.
In the End Times recognition will
come but it will not be easy.
Judah has prejudices and historical
hang-ups to overcome and so does Joseph. A lot of dislike of Judah and wrong thoughts
concerning Judah are still to be
found amongst Joseph. I deal with people from Joseph everyday and I meet every extreme. On the whole these
experiences serve to strengthen our
conviction of Brit-Am truth though at the same time quite a few exceptions are encountered.
In the census figures of Ezra and
Nechamia none of the Ten Tribes are mentioned. Also all of the Prophets spoke of
the Ten Tribes remaining separate
and lostuntil he end times. Nachmanides spoke of these issues in the Book of Redemptionextracts from which were
quoted in our article on Nachmanides
and the Ten Tribes.
Ezekiel 37 speaks of the re-union
of Judah and Joseph in the end times.
Isaiah (11:11) spoke of the future
re-union of Joseph and Judah. Isaiah in this passage implies that not only will the true
halves have been separate until the
end times but also a certain amount of antagonism may have existed between them on occasion.
[Isaiah 11:12]
"AND HE SHALL
SET UP AN ENSIGN FOR THE NATIONS, AND SHALL ASSEMBLE THE OUTCASTS OF ISRAEL,
AND GATHER TOGETHER THE DISPERSED OF JUDAH FROM THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE EARTH
"
[Isaiah 11:13]
"THE ENVY ALSO
OF EPHRAIM SHALL DEPART, AND THE ADVERSARIES OF JUDAH SHALL BE CUT OFF: EPHRAIM
SHALL NOT ENVY JUDAH, AND JUDAH SHALL NOT VEX EPHRAIM "
One side will not envy or vex the
other AFTER the re-union. This implies that before the re-union there were occasions
when elements amongst one side or
the other were antagonistic to their brothers.
<<Concerning who did Isaiah
pronounce this prophecy. He was speaking only concerning Judah and Joseph. S aid Rabbi Shmuel
son of Nachman in the name of Rabbi
Yonathan, when Joseph and Judah were arguing the Holy Angels said to each other, Let us go down and see what is
happening. Usually when a bull and
a lion confront each other the bull retreats before the lion. In this case a bull (Joseph) and a lion (Judah) are
arguing and there is a standoff. Jealousy
will continue to abide between tyhese two untilt he Messiah comes, as it says:
[Isaiah 11:13]
"THE
ENVY ALSO OF EPHRAIM SHALL DEPART, AND THE ADVERSARIES OF JUDAH SHALL BE
CUT OFF: EPHRAIM SHALL NOT ENVY JUDAH, AND JUDAH SHALL NOT VEX EPHRAIM."
(Tanchuma, VaYigash, 4).
<<In the past Jeroboam the
son of Nebat who was from Ephraim hated King Rehoboam who was from Judah. There was a controversy
between them. In the future
there will be peace between these two anointed leaders. They will not be jealous of each other. Concerning them,
it says:
[Isaiah 11:13]
"THE
ENVY ALSO OF EPHRAIM SHALL DEPART, AND THE ADVERSARIES OF JUDAH SHALL
BE CUT OFF: EPHRAIM SHALL NOT ENVY JUDAH, AND JUDAH SHALL NOT VEX EPHRAIM
." (Brayshit Rabati page 147).
<<Everywhere you find these
two tribes (Judah and Joseph) hating each other and antagonistic to each other, etc. May
we infer from this that even the future Anointed Captain of War who will arise
from Joseph and the Annoited Messiah
who will arise from Judah will (Heaven forbid) be jealous of each other? No. There will be no antagonism between
them, as it says:
[Isaiah 11:13]
"THE ENVY ALSO OF EPHRAIM SHALL DEPART, AND THE ADVERSARIES OF JUDAH
SHALL BE CUT OFF: EPHRAIM SHALL NOT ENVY JUDAH, AND JUDAH SHALL NOT VEX EPHRAIM."
(Agadat Brayshit 63).
EPHRAIM represents all the
Ten Tribes.
WHO HARASS JUDAH SHALL BE CUT OFF:
Anti-Semites will be punished.
EPHRAIM SHALL NOT BE JEALOUS OF JUDAH:
A lot of anti-Semitism is due to jealousy.
JUDAH SHALL NOT HARASS EPHRAIM: Jewish
do-gooders and hyper-active individuals
etc sometimes antagonize other people.
#15 - Not Known to
Judah
Isaiah 49:21 speaks of the Jewish
reaction when the Lost Tribes will return. Many Jews will be astounded and
even perhaps slightly resentful since they will feel that Joseph at times
of trouble could have been more positive.
ISAIAH AND THE RETURN OF THE LOST
TEN TRIBES
The Lost Ten Tribes will return.
The Jews of Judah will meet the return of the Lost Ten Tribes with mixed
reactions:
