Answers:
1. Democracy?
Brit-Am functions as well as it can.
Brit-Am cannot be democratic at the moment since (amongst other reasons) it is run and sustained basically by one person who therefore takes most of the decisions.
Instead of the team of professional people, offices, and storage space that would normally be required to maintain the level of operations that Brit-Am has we get by with one full-time worker [Yair Davidiy], a part-time office assistant [who works for a few hours each week but is not always available even for that], volunteers here and there, and crowded space in a residence.
Things may change in the future.
Apart from that anyone can participate in Brit-Am activities and initiate their own in the name of Brit-Am without refering to us.
As long as Brit-Am principles are respected they will not be disowned but rather encouraged.

2. CULT?
Claims of cult-like features concerning Brit-Am have NOT been explicitly made by any party but they have been implied.

This claim is not serious. Social objections to Cults spring from the excessive degree of control they have over their adherents and the harmful effects this control has.
Brit-Am exercises no such control nor did it ever desire to do so therefore claims against cults cannot be directed against Brit-Am.
Brit-Am is NOT involved in the lives of its members but endeavors to adhere as strictly as possible to the three major Brit-Am principles:
Research,
Revelation of knowledge, and
Reconciliation
between Judah and Joseph.
Brit-Am attempts not to be involved with other spheres of its adherents existence even when such involvement is requested.

3. Brit-Am is primarily interested in money??.
This is not true BUT Brit-Am does need money in order to function and to fulfil its task.
On occasions when a principle of Brit-Am was involved we have adopted policies and voiced opinions that clearly were liable to harm us financially.
Money IS important to Brit-Am as it is to everybody else but it is a tool and not an end in itself.
Every organization in existence receives "moneys" in order to function.
Just because all "crooks" are human beings does not mean that all human beings are crooks!

Brit-Am in the past has had difficulty in functioning because it did not receive enough money. At present we sometimes find ourselves constrained due to lack of finance and therefore we sometimes emphasize our need. This emphasis however springs from our duty to spread the Brit-Am message. If the Brit-Am message is correct and its mission a righteous one then no objection should be made to our attempts to make the message known and to fulfil our mission. Offerings or payments for publications, etc, received by Brit-Am go into Brit-Am. The Brit-Am input-output ratio is high.
The only valid question in this case should be,
"Is Brit-Am correct in its beliefs, or not?"
If Brit-Am is correct in its beliefs then it deserves to be enabled to function.

4. Brit-Am has a religious agenda.
We believe in the Bible and base our beliefs on the Bible.
Belief in the Bible is part of us.
We do not have a religious agenda beyond Bible belief since we understand that we are not authorized by the Bible to have one.
Jews should remain Jewish.
Christianity is a tool of Divine Providence to help civilize humanity and also to bring the Lost Tribes of Israel to a Biblical awareness.

5. Brit-Am is anti-Christian.
Brit-Am is NOT a Christian organization. Neither is Brit-Am against Christianity. We are not involved in the pros and cons concerning Christianity one way or the other. We try not to offend Christians. Christianity as far as Brit-Am is concerned is a tool of Divine Providence for drawing the Lost Tribes back to their roots and for making them acquainted with Biblical concepts. Christianity fulfils a needed role. We see no substitute for Christianity in this era and therefore do not encourage anti-Christian sentiment.

6. Brit-Am is a Christian Missionary Front.
Brit-Am bases itself on the Bible and works to strengthen belief in the Bible. Belief in the Bible in many circles is associated with belief in Christianity which can provide a pathway for non-Jews.
We are for belief in the BIBLE and NOT against Christianity. Our approach could easily be misinterpreted. Nevertheless, Brit-Am in no way ever allowed itself to be associated with any type of Christian missionary activity. No complaints of Jews having been influenced towards Christianity have ever reached us. Yair Davidiy on behalf of Brit-Am gave an interview
"Brit-Am in Black and White; The Ten Tribes and Why Christians Should not Missionize Jews!"
to Alex Traiman and Tamar Yonah of Israeli National Radio (Arutz-7) concerning the Lost Ten Tribes and
WHY CHRISTIANS SHOULD NOT MISSIONIZE JEWS.
We also have an article on this same subject on our website.

7. Brit-Am is an anti-Christian Missionary Front.
Christian Messianic activists have stated on occasion that because of Brit-Am Jews who had become Christians or who may have been on the verge of doing so returned to Judaism. Brit-Am in principle is against Christians missionizing Jews.
Nevertheless this is not an aim of Brit-Am. Reports to the contrary may well be exaggerating concerning the influence we have or have had. Yair Davidiy has never (so far) heard any Jewish person give Brit-Am credit for saving them from apostasy. If such a case did exist we would consider it of great merit to ourselves but as far as we know it has not. It is not something, for better or for worse, we try to do.
We DO NOT try to change the religion of Christians.
We do however suffer from frequent attempts by Christians to turn us towards their faith.
In other words, our good will in some instances is not requited.
This is extremely serious. Christians may minister to non-Jews who are not Christians or to Christians of a different persuasion.
Any Christians who attempt to convert Jews are liable to commit a very serious crime against the Bible, see
"WHY CHRISTIANS SHOULD NOT MISSIONIZE JEWS"!
On the other hand Brit-Am believes in the Bible and works to strengthen Bible belief. Numerous Christians have had their belief in the Bible strengthened and envigorated (without compromising their Christianity) through Brit-Am. We should also be given credit for this. Christian leaders have worked with us and been pleased that they did so.

8. Brit-Am could encourage or be exploited by anti-Jewish "identitiy" idealogues.
This danger exists. Possibly more than 3% of our subscribers are anti-semitic lurkers waiting for a chance to take advantage of any weakness on our part. There is not much we can do about it, just be thankful that the remaining overwhelming majority are good people. Nevertheless, "Identity" creeps exist. They prey on the vulnerable. In our interview with Tamar Yonah and Alex Traiman
["Brit-Am in Black and White; The Ten Tribes and Why Christians Should not Missionize Jews!"(12)]
we were asked about these lowlifes. In our reply we pointed out that they have nothing to do with us. They were around before we came along. They exist regardless of us. We combat them, in some cases effectively. Amonst their adherents are they who may be genuinely mistaken.
We may well have merited to guide some back to the right path.
Brit-Am is the truth.
Anti-Jewish "identity" people are liers and no-goods.
They are criminals and enemies of Brit-Am.
Brit-Am often effectively counteracts these reprobate agents of perdition.
Nevertheless it is true that we and others like us need to be on our guard against the infiltration or subversion from without by these detestable detestations and others like them.

9. Brit-Am is a Zionist organization to encourage support for Israel.
Zionism is an expression of the Bible and of Brit-Am belief. Zionism however is not the main purpose for which Brit-Am exists but rather something we support because it is a good thing and an expression of Biblical truth.

10. Brit-Am is anti-Palestinian.
We are not against the Palestinians. We would like the Palestinians to move away from Israel to some place beyond the Middle East and live happily ever after. In fact the Prophet Isaiah predicted that this is in fact what will happen. Isaiah chapter 11 says that Judah and Ephraim TOGETHER will fly the Palestinians away to some place in the west!

11. Brit-Am is a Racist Organization.
The Twelve Tribes of Israel are the Chosen People. This includes both the two to three Tribes of Judah and the Ten Tribes of "Israel" and Joseph. In the End Times ALL people will benefit from the Messianic Age. A person of non-Israelite descent who attaches themselves to either Judah or Joseph will be identified with them.

[Ezekiel 47:22] AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS, THAT YE SHALL DIVIDE IT BY LOT FOR AN INHERITANCE UNTO YOU, AND TO THE STRANGERS THAT SOJOURN AMONG YOU, WHICH SHALL BEGET CHILDREN AMONG YOU: AND THEY SHALL BE UNTO YOU AS BORN IN THE COUNTRY AMONG THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL; THEY SHALL HAVE INHERITANCE WITH YOU AMONG THE TRIBES OF ISRAEL.
WE see from Ezekiel (47:22) that non-Israelites who have settled amongst us, identified with us and shared our trials and tribulations alongside us will be considered as the same as us. They will be part of whatsoever Tribe of Israel they have dwelt amongst.

There is however no obligation for non-Israelites to identify with Israel. They may equally well obtain salvation by living a rightous life as they are.
This is not racist, just reality.

12. Brit-Am does not allow sufficient room for believers who identify with Israel and Judah but are not necessarily of Israelite descent.
This may be true and suggested solutions are welcome. In principle our answer to this question is contained in the previous one just above.

Consider also these verses of Isaiah.
Our approach is that of the Bible. You may check the Bible for yourself. If you think we may be mistaken on any point please draw our attention to it.

[Isaiah 56:3] NEITHER LET THE SON OF THE STRANGER, THAT HATH JOINED HIMSELF TO THE LORD, SPEAK, SAYING, THE LORD HATH UTTERLY SEPARATED ME FROM HIS PEOPLE: NEITHER LET THE EUNUCH SAY, BEHOLD, I AM A DRY TREE.

 [Isaiah 56:4] FOR THUS SAITH THE LORD UNTO THE EUNUCHS THAT KEEP MY SABBATHS, AND CHOOSE THE THINGS THAT PLEASE ME, AND TAKE HOLD OF MY COVENANT;

[Isaiah 56:5] EVEN UNTO THEM WILL I GIVE IN MINE HOUSE AND WITHIN MY WALLS A PLACE AND A NAME BETTER THAN OF SONS AND OF DAUGHTERS: I WILL GIVE THEM AN EVERLASTING NAME, THAT SHALL NOT BE CUT  OFF.

 [Isaiah 56:6] ALSO THE SONS OF THE STRANGER, THAT JOIN THEMSELVES TO THE LORD, TO SERVE HIM, AND   TO LOVE THE NAME OF THE LORD, TO BE HIS SERVANTS, EVERY ONE THAT KEEPETH THE SABBATH FROM POLLUTING IT, AND TAKETH HOLD OF MY COVENANT;

[Isaiah 56:7] EVEN THEM WILL I BRING TO MY HOLY MOUNTAIN, AND MAKE THEM JOYFUL IN MY HOUSE OF PRAYER: THEIR BURNT OFFERINGS AND THEIR SACRIFICES SHALL BE ACCEPTED UPON MINE ALTAR; FOR MINE HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED AN HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL PEOPLE.

13. Brit-Am is obsessed with combatting Conspiracy Theories .
Brit-Am has articles against Conspiracy Theories in general and against the Conspiracy Theories of Barry Chamish. These theories are false and potentially harmful to both Judah and Joseph. They are fair game and within the legitimate boundaries of Brit-Am concern. Apart from that the actual space and energy we really devote to this issue is not great. On occasion we put some emphasis on pointing out the idiocy and malice in Conspiracy fantasies but it is not something we really concern ourselves with most of the time.
More often than not it is the advocates of Conspiracy nonsense who provoke us and as a matter of duty we reply to them.

14. Brit-Am Proofs are not convincing.
The term "Convincing" is a subjective psychological appreciation.
Brit-Am has Biblical Proofs and much evidence from relevant secular sources as well as acceptable Criteria from the social and philosophical point of view. We present proofs for our beliefs as one whole to be taken altogether with each aspect complementing the other and the emphasis being on evidence from Scripture.
We are prepared to debate our beliefs with anyone who is genuinely open to them.
The evidence is convincing and so is Brit-Am.

15. Brit-Am is not original in its approach.
The point should be, "Is Brit-Am Correct?"
Brit-Am proves its beliefs by using proofs from every relevant sphere.
We employ the research results of others where pertinent as well as our own.
Brit-Am has revealed original proofs of Brit-Am beliefs in numerous fields.
We have shown Hebrew Bible Literal-Meaning Indications, Biblical Interpretations, Bible Codes, Classical Bible Exegesis, Rabbinical Sources, linguistic evidence, historical parallels, archaeological links, mythology paralellism, etc.
In some cases we were the first to reveal this evidence and in other instances the first, or amongst the first, to place it in the public domain.
Perhaps we could have and should have done more but we did do something and still are.

16. Brit-Am has Judaizing tendencies.
Yair Davidiy is an Orthodox Jew and so are some (but not all) leading associates of Brit-Am.
Naturally we believe in what we are and would like others to be sympathetic.
This tendency may come through sometimes but it is not an aim we push or consider to be a goal of ours.
On a few occasions it has been claimed that we want to convert others to Judaism or something along those lines.
This is simply not so.
There may be those who might like us to be that way but it is not our calling.
Brit-Am does not want to make "Joes" into "Jews".
We would not know how to even if we wished it.
Neither would we be prepared to accept responsibility in this regard.
See our answers nos. 4(religious agenda) ,5(anti-Christian), 7(anti-Christian-Missionary).
Brit-Am is in favor of "Joes" adopting Biblical Practices but offers no direction or guidance in these matters since this is beyond our qualifications.
This is NOT the Mandate of Brit-Am.

See the Brit-Am Commentary to Ezekiel 16:60 in which the Prophet speaks of a future situation that does not involve Brit-Am or anybody else (as far as we know) at this stage.
The Almighty has HIS own agenda.

Criticisms against Brit-Am are not serious. The principles of Brit-Am entail the three Rs:
Research; Revelation of knowledge gained; Reconciliation between the Jews of Judah and the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel and Joseph.
The major justification for Brit-Am derives from the understanding that descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes are today primarily in Western Countries.
This is the bottom line.
Is Brit-Am correct or not in its belief?
If Brit-Am is correct then all these and other claims are on the whole nullifiable and petty in nature.
